GB1 star is 1 too many If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so $47 additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

GBA lender that has structured themselves around F&I mgr needs! Clearly! From getting on-boarded with Theo, to approval and funding issues shared with my Fabulous Dealer Succuess Manager Mehila, Roadrunner has made my F&I life easier. The portal is simple to navigate, although data entry is somewhat aggravating if you're in a hurry due to the fact that entries sometimes auto-place to the next block, and other times it doesn't. But that's the worst thing about Roadrunner. The deal structure page has eliminated my need for a calculator; it tells you in real time what your backend budget is as you change things around. You don't have to do a thing but plan your attack! Funding is dang-near immediate. Contracting is modern age. Absolutely great customer service. Quick. And clearly there's a culture to get your problem fixed now. Lovem. And my Sheffield rep wants to know why my business with them has plummeted.

GBDEALER FEEDBACK We've partnered with Road Runner for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the new programs they've rolled out over the past several months. The new programs have benefitted the dealership and helped customers get the units they desire. From becoming a prime lender for Can Am to expanding the units that RR will finance, it's been great. With the help of Diana, our regional sales rep, she's gone above and beyond and couldn't be happier to have her on our side. She's a great asset to Road Runner. The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.
