If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. It was great It was great! I love working with Roadrunner. They provide excellent customer service, and great funding options. I think my favorite things about roadrunner include the ability to fund those with slightly challenged credit with a real loan rather than a lease, and also how far back they can go on pre-owned units.
