GBThe most predatory lender out there do not get a loan with this company The payment portal is a constant pain in the a$$. I try to use it and it tells me it’s the wrong email every time. Then I call and get hung up on repeatedly. My favorite so far has been going to the payment portal on the 18th of January when my bill was due the 22nd and it not working then calling over and over, mailing a letter asking why I can’t get a person on the phone or the online payment to work. When I emailed I got an automated response the first four times. Finally on February 9th 2024 I get an email so I call and get a live person that doesn’t hang up only to be transferred to a rude guy. Rude guy then tells me that they are going to charge off my account. If you’re not going to provide a consistent way for people to make payments you shouldn’t expect to be paid.

GBA lender that has structured themselves around F&I mgr needs! Clearly! From getting on-boarded with Theo, to approval and funding issues shared with my Fabulous Dealer Succuess Manager Mehila, Roadrunner has made my F&I life easier. The portal is simple to navigate, although data entry is somewhat aggravating if you're in a hurry due to the fact that entries sometimes auto-place to the next block, and other times it doesn't. But that's the worst thing about Roadrunner. The deal structure page has eliminated my need for a calculator; it tells you in real time what your backend budget is as you change things around. You don't have to do a thing but plan your attack! Funding is dang-near immediate. Contracting is modern age. Absolutely great customer service. Quick. And clearly there's a culture to get your problem fixed now. Lovem. And my Sheffield rep wants to know why my business with them has plummeted.

GBGreat call team! I spoke with Shay, Jasslyn, Felicia and supervisor Latoya to help me pay off my loan as early as I could and they all were very informative, helpful and friendly. They all went out of their way to get me the documents I needed for the paid in full letter. I can’t thank you all enough!

GBFantastic service Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

GBShanice was top-notch Shanice was top notch. She was informative and detailed in her explanation of what needed to be done to fix my problem. While going through everything we found out the email I had was no longer valid and part of the reason I wasn’t receiving emails. She fixed that while we were on the phone.
