The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.

Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. Way to go, Felicia!… My checking account number was incorrect on my account, so it couldn’t draw the payment from my bank. I was on the road to Chicago while trying to get it straight and unable to access the website. Felicia was awesome! She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed. I wish I could have this good of an experience with all my creditors.

I think my favorite things about roadrunner include the ability to fund those with slightly challenged credit with a real loan rather than a lease, and also how far back they can go on pre-owned units.
