Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

Complete scam of company Complete scam of company. Loan sharks. Interest rates are ridiculous and you can never pay off early because they don't put towards principal. Avoid at all cost
