GBThe most predatory lender out there do not get a loan with this company The payment portal is a constant pain in the a$$. I try to use it and it tells me it’s the wrong email every time. Then I call and get hung up on repeatedly. My favorite so far has been going to the payment portal on the 18th of January when my bill was due the 22nd and it not working then calling over and over, mailing a letter asking why I can’t get a person on the phone or the online payment to work. When I emailed I got an automated response the first four times. Finally on February 9th 2024 I get an email so I call and get a live person that doesn’t hang up only to be transferred to a rude guy. Rude guy then tells me that they are going to charge off my account. If you’re not going to provide a consistent way for people to make payments you shouldn’t expect to be paid.

GBFantastic service Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

GBWay to go, Felicia!… My checking account number was incorrect on my account, so it couldn’t draw the payment from my bank. I was on the road to Chicago while trying to get it straight and unable to access the website. Felicia was awesome! She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed. I wish I could have this good of an experience with all my creditors.

GBShanice was top-notch Shanice was top notch. She was informative and detailed in her explanation of what needed to be done to fix my problem. While going through everything we found out the email I had was no longer valid and part of the reason I wasn’t receiving emails. She fixed that while we were on the phone. GBIt was great It was great! I love working with Roadrunner. They provide excellent customer service, and great funding options. I think my favorite things about roadrunner include the ability to fund those with slightly challenged credit with a real loan rather than a lease, and also how far back they can go on pre-owned units. Thank you guys
