1 star is 1 too many If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so $47 additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.
