We use Roadrunner Financial everytime a… We use Roadrunner Financial everytime a customer wants to finance a product that we sell. The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.

DEALER FEEDBACK We've partnered with Road Runner for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the new programs they've rolled out over the past several months. The new programs have benefitted the dealership and helped customers get the units they desire. From becoming a prime lender for Can Am to expanding the units that RR will finance, it's been great. With the help of Diana, our regional sales rep, she's gone above and beyond and couldn't be happier to have her on our side. She's a great asset to Road Runner. We're looking forward to see what else RR has to offer this year.

Fantastic service Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

I work with numerous finance companies… I work with numerous finance companies and Roadrunner is by far the easiest to work with. Ease of application and the speed of replies far exceeds other companies. Agents are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The most predatory lender out there do not get a loan with this company The payment portal is a constant pain in the a$$. I try to use it and it tells me it’s the wrong email every time. Then I call and get hung up on repeatedly. My favorite so far has been going to the payment portal on the 18th of January when my bill was due the 22nd and it not working then calling over and over, mailing a letter asking why I can’t get a person on the phone or the online payment to work. When I emailed I got an automated response the first four times. Finally on February 9th 2024 I get an email so I call and get a live person that doesn’t hang up only to be transferred to a rude guy. Rude guy then tells me that they are going to charge off my account. If you’re not going to provide a consistent way for people to make payments you shouldn’t expect to be paid.
