I think my favorite things about roadrunner include the ability to fund those with slightly challenged credit with a real loan rather than a lease, and also how far back they can go on pre-owned units. Way to go, Felicia!… My checking account number was incorrect on my account, so it couldn’t draw the payment from my bank. I was on the road to Chicago while trying to get it straight and unable to access the website. Felicia was awesome! She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed.
