Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. 1 star is 1 too many If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so $47 additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Very good company to get financing on… Very good company to get financing on side by side polaris 570.Very bad when u go to your own credit union to get a loan an they wouldn't financing for u.But guess what roadrunner did for me so thank u roadrunner for getting me financing.they are the best one out there to do business with.cord credit union stay away from them I been banking with them for 5 year,that is sorry business. They won't finance me because doctor bills but guess what roadrunner will thanks again.
