She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed. Fantastic service Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind.
