While going through everything we found out the email I had was no longer valid and part of the reason I wasn’t receiving emails. She fixed that while we were on the phone. 1 star is 1 too many If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so $47 additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.
