Played me I told the sales person to only give me quotes for monthly payments not weekly we agreed upon one amount but because I had been there so long I was tired and hungry with I signed the papers I didn't realize the payments changed and yes that's my fault. They refused to honor what was on the paper we negotiated lesson learned. I will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Ganas auto is the worst experience of… Ganas auto is the worst experience of purchase most likely ever!!!!! Got a 2017 passat broke down 3 months later transmission just leaked out oil on spot. Then I called they picked it up and had it in for about 3 months I was calling almost everyday after the 3rd month. I lost my job then they called me threatening repo and added a repo on my credit ... 2 1/2 yrs later I still owe them 14k and started at 14k I've paid them 20k already and still at 14k... It will not go down and if it does they add charges like insurance even though I got insurance... DONT GO TO GANAS I repat don't go to ganas they steal I'm planning a lawsuit I'm still under 3 yrs just finding someone becouse nobody picks lawsuits from used car dealers they make no money ...

Recommend! My experience at Ganas Auto was so smooth! It was my very first time buying a car and I was so nervous about it but Jacqueline Campos made it better. She was on her second week of working there and she did such a good job. She was very enthusiastic and determined for us to get a car. I recommend going to her when you buy your car! She's so funny and nice to talk to, not just about business. Thank you Jacqueline and everyone at Ganas Auto in Fontana for your help!
