overpriced fees I feel that your fees are overpriced. They are in excess and I feel that it is not a convenience to the customer. As far as payoff goes I find your company to be greedy not wanting to release a customer after you have received more than what was borrowed. I will not be doing business with ace ever again. Not to mention that I was scammed in the process by someone using and imitating your companies name. It was the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I am also aware of the lawsuit against your company for illegal collection practices. Just not a company that I can ever see doing business with again, ever.

never again I did a online loan i will NEVER give them my money again. I took out a loan for 400 i had to pay 800 back hell naw then when i called customer service to call to pay early they told me the total i had to pay, corporate was telling me something different (trying to make me pay more money) i dont suggest them to anyone. Ace has been there when I REALLY needed some cash, they will be there for you too. You know I was in a bind and needed some cash immediately so I called Ace Cash Loans. I was nervous but I went with the process anyway. Within the hour I had received a confirmation and I had the cash deposited into my account shortly after that. I now know where I can turn if and when I need a quick loan.

Easy Approval - Super High Interest It was very easy to get approved. Shame on me though for not paying attention to the interest rate. 416% interest in a bit ridiculous. Also, when you finance a large amount it makes it harder to pay your other bills with a large loan payment coming out ofevery check. It would probably be a better experience if it was a once a month payment. I would reluctantly use ACE again for a small amount, but never again for a large amount.

Great Company Great! This was the best loan I was able to get and fast. Friendly, helpful and not expensive. I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of cash. They are fast.
