overpriced fees I feel that your fees are overpriced. They are in excess and I feel that it is not a convenience to the customer. As far as payoff goes I find your company to be greedy not wanting to release a customer after you have received more than what was borrowed. I will not be doing business with ace ever again. Not to mention that I was scammed in the process by someone using and imitating your companies name. It was the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I am also aware of the lawsuit against your company for illegal collection practices. Just not a company that I can ever see doing business with again, ever.

Great company! I did my loan online very easily. It was a great experience. I paid the loan at my local office, and the ladies I dealt with there were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a tremendous experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Life I guess! My loan wasnt much. Even though I have used them several times before. It was an easy process that i did in the comfort of my home. I made the payments based on my paydays even though it was an installment loan. I wish they reported to the credit bureaus so that my credit will improve. The location I went to on Oaklawn was great the lady was very helpful. Very pleasant, very respectful. She deserves a raise! She made sure i understood the terms completely before i left and in a timely manner.

Absolutely amazing. Ace cash express has been there for me even when a regular pay day loan company wouldnt be. They are always so pleasant on the phone and even the personell in the stores have always been awesome. I would recommend anyone I know if they need a pay day loan or even an installment loan of any kind check Ace out.

Thank God for Ace Cash Loans Ace came through for me when others wouldn't help. They allow you time to repay your loan instead of a payday loan. The only negative is that the repay is quite expensive but they are there when others aren't.
