GBBeen pretty disappointed in the app… Been pretty disappointed in the app lately. It has glitched multiple times and not documented payments I have made or money I have put into savings. I was so excited to be reaching my goals, only to be totally let down that it wouldn't shoe up on the app. Customer service was really helpful at first. The last time I sent a message about an issue I had of several payments not being documented, savings not being documented, and my goal actually going up rather than down after said payments, I sent screenshots of my issue. The customer service rep did nothing to help. Very disappointed with Debbie right now. Hoping it improves soon.

GBHappy to Have It Debbie has been very helpful to get me on track and has actively helped with guiding me to make positive financial decisions. I love how things are framed and the incentives to educate myself and make food decisions. My only feedback for improvement would be the apps accessibility and user friendliness. Somethings seem to freeze and I get a lot of errors when trying to link or re-link accounts. Also, removing linked accounts means contacting customer service. Which is a little annoying, but customer service was very responsive and quick so that is also a plus.

GBThey are teaching me how to get out of… They are teaching me how to get out of debt and stay out of debt. It takes a while to be able to cash out, but it keeps me participating and following the program.
