Great Customer Service Representative I filled out my application online & called in for my approval. Spoke with Carlos & scheduled my appointment. The following day I went to the Springleaf office to go over the loan. Everyone there was friendly, but Carlos was more than I expected. He knew how to treat me as a customer & answered all of my questions. Thank you Carlos & Springleaf Lending for impressing me.

Interest rates I have been with spring leaf now for several years and have never missed a payment. I have taken several loans, but they are still only offering a 35% interest rate. I seriously doubt if I take any more loans with them. My income is well over 100k a year, but I receive no incentive to take anymore loans with them.

Fast & Easy!!! This is my 3rd loan with this company, my approval always comes through within 24-48 hours and my closing always takes less than a hour. Both my loan officers were always professional and courteous! The monthly payments are super affordable. What I like most about this company is that it recognizes the customers who make on time payments with rewards such as products, gift cards etc. A little personal touch is that when you arrive you are offered a cold/hot drink and a snack, which is nice especially if you are coming straight from work.

Although there were other institutional companies around, Springleaf's staff welcomed me with a friendliness that seemed less like their job description and more like whom they were raised to be by there parents. They never failed to greet me enthusiastically regardless what other customers are there and let me know that they are really concerned about my needs. I guess it could be summed up like this. "When I walk through the doors of Springleaf, it's like coming home to family".
