Great Customer Service Tom was phenomenal. He was professional and relatable. He carries on good conversation while doing what was needed to complete the loan. He went above to make sure everything got done in a timely manner. The process was easy and fast. We will be returning in the future and defiantly will be referring friends and family!

Fast, Professional and Reliable! I needed a personal loan to purchase a vehicle timely. I contacted Springleaf and worked with a very professional and personable rep. Bridget. She was extremely helpful and assisted me with securing the loan for the exact amount needed for my purchase! She expedited my paperwork and processed my loan within a few days. I really appreciate her and this company for their willingness to help. The only reason I'm not rating 5 Stars was not very happy with my loan rate, but am good with the terms and payment plan. I highly recommend this office and staff in Corona!

Poor Customer Support Don't bother doing business with them even after they merge with One Main. They can not handle their paperwork and make false promises. I have waited forever for a simple payoff letter which I still don't have. My closing date for a refinance was cancelled due to this which caused a drop in my credit score also. They say they will fax within 24 to 48 hours, but they don't. Withholding my documentation is against the law, and I intend to follow though with state and federal banking commissions.

Great Customer Service Representative I filled out my application online & called in for my approval. Spoke with Carlos & scheduled my appointment. The following day I went to the Springleaf office to go over the loan. Everyone there was friendly, but Carlos was more than I expected. He knew how to treat me as a customer & answered all of my questions. Thank you Carlos & Springleaf Lending for impressing me.

Wonderful Company! Trustworthy, outstanding customer service. I was skeptical initially about trying another personal loan company because I really got ripped off by the last one i dealt with . But Chris, the manager, was so easy to talk to, explained everything Iams was very upfront with the interest rate and any fees. I simply felt I could trust him. When I went in the office to do fish the paperwork, Veronica, the sales associate, explained everything carefully. She was so efficient, pleasant and a joy to work with. It is rare that I have such an outstanding experience with any company, especially a loan company. I am happy to recommend you to anyone I know!
