Fast & Easy!!! This is my 3rd loan with this company, my approval always comes through within 24-48 hours and my closing always takes less than a hour. Both my loan officers were always professional and courteous! The monthly payments are super affordable. What I like most about this company is that it recognizes the customers who make on time payments with rewards such as products, gift cards etc. A little personal touch is that when you arrive you are offered a cold/hot drink and a snack, which is nice especially if you are coming straight from work.

And during the process the agents were exceptionally courteious and comforting. Karen in the South Elgin, Il office went above and beyond to help. Phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. Misleading Applied for a loan told them that I use to be self-employed sent over the requested tax information they requested. Received a call back stating that I didn't make enough money, explained to the rep that i am no longer self-employed that I make about 15k before taxes after taxes 11k, stated i still didn't make enough money. I have no debt was trying to secure the loan to establish credit. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. It was like they were trying to find reason not to allow me to have the loan. Small lending places were built like this to help the community but this place is not good at all. Thanks for nothing!

Wonderful Company! Trustworthy, outstanding customer service. I was skeptical initially about trying another personal loan company because I really got ripped off by the last one i dealt with . But Chris, the manager, was so easy to talk to, explained everything Iams was very upfront with the interest rate and any fees. I simply felt I could trust him. When I went in the office to do fish the paperwork, Veronica, the sales associate, explained everything carefully. She was so efficient, pleasant and a joy to work with.
