GBReceived an email regarding my son's… Received an email regarding my son's outstanding loan. I'm not signed on it. I am advising him to sue. You never tell a third party about someone's outstanding debt. Jerks.

GBPoor Customer Support Don't bother doing business with them even after they merge with One Main. They can not handle their paperwork and make false promises. I have waited forever for a simple payoff letter which I still don't have. My closing date for a refinance was cancelled due to this which caused a drop in my credit score also. They say they will fax within 24 to 48 hours, but they don't. Withholding my documentation is against the law, and I intend to follow though with state and federal banking commissions.

GBExcellent Excellent Service!! We applied for a loan online, within minutes we were called. BrendaLiz M. (@ the Waters, Tampa, FL location) was wonderful, courteous and professional. She made us feel important and part of her family. Knowing that its stressful applying for any loan she made it a breeze, and not only that she fought for us. Brendaliz answered all our questions even though we thought they were insignificant she didn't hesitate nor made see like a "duh" moment.
