Approval amounts and interest way off from quotes The phone reps are nice when talking to hem but very misleading. They tell you that you are approved for the full amount and tell you to fill out paperwork before they go further. Luckily I don't sign things until I know all of the details. Requested 8k for debt consolidation they counter with 3 and a 34% interest rate. That is is a bit ridiculous. My credit isn't the best due to high credit card balances but that is it I have been on time with my payments. Underwriters have the capabilities to bypass certain things and in my case that wasn't even considered. These lending companies are looking to make bank off your interest the best thing you can do Is go to a credit union and get the personal loan they won't gouge you on interest and will take care of you

Fast, Professional and Reliable! I needed a personal loan to purchase a vehicle timely. I contacted Springleaf and worked with a very professional and personable rep. Bridget. She was extremely helpful and assisted me with securing the loan for the exact amount needed for my purchase! She expedited my paperwork and processed my loan within a few days. I really appreciate her and this company for their willingness to help. The only reason I'm not rating 5 Stars was not very happy with my loan rate, but am good with the terms and payment plan. I highly recommend this office and staff in Corona!

Great Customer Service Tom was phenomenal. He was professional and relatable. He carries on good conversation while doing what was needed to complete the loan. He went above to make sure everything got done in a timely manner. The process was easy and fast. We will be returning in the future and defiantly will be referring friends and family!
