Friendly Every agent/representative I spoke with made me feel as though I was welcome and appreciated. They made feel as if I had known them all the time. My representative was informative and so well learned on all information. He explained everything where I did not need to ask any questions, because he covered every avenue. I would truly recommend Cash Time to any family member and friend who is in need of help. They truly helped me in my time of financial horror. Thank you Cash Time -- never change!

Have borrowed from this company… Have borrowed from this company multiple times and it was always a postive experience. The rates are high like all title loan companys but not as high as others but if you are responsible with your loan and pay it back quickly its not to bad. But when you are in a pinch they are their to help and have came through for me every time. It also helps that their loan specialists are very professional and friendly and dont make you feel guilty about having to borrow money.

Ok experience as far as communicating… Ok experience as far as communicating with staff. But big negative was the obscene interest rate charged which the customer does not find out til the last step. Your kids have to eat too I guess.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company and reason being I went back to get my second loan and always had great service. And then I also had a very quick turn out on my payments being paid because most of the money goes towards my payment not just to them so it was awesome Jesus was awesome and helped very much and stayed after hours which he is not paid for and still helped us without looking like he wanted to rush us out of there LOL. All I can say is great job to you guys thank you

Racist demeanor The front desk is the only good customer service. The young man assisting us didn’t want to assist us. He lied and said my husband already had an account and tried to antagonize us. He would not call another department to find out my previous account was in good standing. He was rude and racist. He basically tried to discourage us the moment he came to the counter and coldly stated I will be the one assisting you. So many Unnecessary questions such as “Why are you two applying together?” We looked at each other and back at him and said, because we handle everything joint together. Worst experience from a business ever. We tried to give 67th and Indianschool Rd the benefit of the doubt. I could write a book of all of the wrongs that occurred. We will be contacting the BBB
