Fantastic rates, hassle-free paperwork and a timely closing. Communication was better than expected. Overall I'm very pleased. My rate was a half point lower than local brokers and the fees were a lot lower, too. My originator, Kent, was really terrific and looked out for me during the whole process. Closing was slightly delayed by a late appraisal, but the lender extended their rate lock for free. Communication slowed down a bit during the middle of the process, but I never felt abandoned. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
