Started my loan with them in February and in May called Quicken because I kept getting the run around from Sebonic. Closed in June with Quicken, only 1 month, and still have Sebonic asking for the same documents I have provided several times. Save away from this company. They have no customer service, never spoke to my loan officer after he got me to sign up, I was told he is too busy. Run, don't walk away from Sebonic.

Shawn Croats was extremely helpful with… Shawn Croats was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns my husband and I had from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and works to get the best rates the first time without jerking us around. If Mr. Croats didn’t know something he was honest and would find the answer. We appreciate all he has done and the fact he isn’t trying to pressure people nor is he giving us inaccurate information. We would recommend Mr.Croats specifically to work with when choosing your company but that your whole company did their best to handle our refinance efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

Fantastic rates, hassle-free paperwork and a timely closing. Communication was better than expected. Overall I'm very pleased. My rate was a half point lower than local brokers and the fees were a lot lower, too. My originator, Kent, was really terrific and looked out for me during the whole process. Closing was slightly delayed by a late appraisal, but the lender extended their rate lock for free. Communication slowed down a bit during the middle of the process, but I never felt abandoned. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Excellent rate & Excellent service When we first refinanced through Sebonic we had a wonderful experience and recently when the rates went down they were our first choice. This time also we had an excellent experience with them. This time Shawn Croat was our loan officer and Shelly Sequin was our loan coordinator who has done a tremendous job & supported us with the loan closure within the promised / rate lock time.
