Great Experience! I'm not the type to give anybody compliments, but I highly recommend Sebonic, especially my loan officer, Justin Fry. He was fantastic, unlike my previous loan officer at another bank. He was honest, up front, and handled everything with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend Justin. You can count on him! I will definitely contact him again in case I need to refi again.

He not only gave me a great deal, but was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. Loan closed in 21 days and disbursed 4 days later (which is only possible if you are quick to submit all documentations they request for at the beginning and during the process). Everything was done online. Notary comes to your house for closing. Really seamless experience. Too good. Highly recommend Shawn Croats.
