He not only gave me a great deal, but was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. Loan closed in 21 days and disbursed 4 days later (which is only possible if you are quick to submit all documentations they request for at the beginning and during the process). Closing date keeps getting moved! We started this process over 2 months ago. We have excellent credit and job history. The closing date keeps getting kicked down the road. every 10-14 days they're looking for "updated" statements on EVERYTHING!! No urgency at all. I wish I had done a more thorough research on this company. STAY AWAY. Support your local banker instead.
