Fantastic Service We had a fantastic experience with our refi! We got quick accurate information, and although they were quite busy with other customers I felt they really cared about our loan and even made adjustments we needed. Not only did they have the best rates, but having us close at our own house made things a breeze. Would totally recommend to friends and family-- and we have!

Can't provide a negative so 1 star will… Can't provide a negative so 1 star will have to do. Started my loan with them in February and in May called Quicken because I kept getting the run around from Sebonic. Closed in June with Quicken, only 1 month, and still have Sebonic asking for the same documents I have provided several times. Save away from this company. They have no customer service, never spoke to my loan officer after he got me to sign up, I was told he is too busy. Run, don't walk away from Sebonic.

An amazing home loan experience The loan process was like no other I have experienced. Over the years I have financed homes and refinanced some of those also, but none compares to Sebonic Financial. Everyone I talked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Scott Haire (loan Originater ) and April Clark ( loan Processor ) are true professionals. They know what they are doing and always return calls asap. Best experience ever obtaining a home loan.

Shawn Croats was extremely helpful with… Shawn Croats was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns my husband and I had from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and works to get the best rates the first time without jerking us around. If Mr. Croats didn’t know something he was honest and would find the answer. We appreciate all he has done and the fact he isn’t trying to pressure people nor is he giving us inaccurate information. We would recommend Mr.Croats specifically to work with when choosing your company but that your whole company did their best to handle our refinance efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

Easy process The process with Sebonic was pretty easy and painless. The staff assigned to the loan application were very responsive and answered questions and addressed a couple of what seemed to be software glitches. The rate and terms were very competitive.
