Fantastic rates, hassle-free paperwork and a timely closing. Communication was better than expected. Overall I'm very pleased. My rate was a half point lower than local brokers and the fees were a lot lower, too. My originator, Kent, was really terrific and looked out for me during the whole process. Closing was slightly delayed by a late appraisal, but the lender extended their rate lock for free. Communication slowed down a bit during the middle of the process, but I never felt abandoned. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Nightmare First of all they charge more for appraisals by about 2 to $300 than anybody else. I sent document after document after document for 2 months and they kept stringing me along trying to relock it at a higher rate even though mortgage rates are going down.. I got so fed up with them I went to Quicken Loans. I would advise against using them unless of course you live on Elm Street which in case it will be a perfect fit.

An amazing home loan experience The loan process was like no other I have experienced. Over the years I have financed homes and refinanced some of those also, but none compares to Sebonic Financial. Everyone I talked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Scott Haire (loan Originater ) and April Clark ( loan Processor ) are true professionals. They know what they are doing and always return calls asap. Best experience ever obtaining a home loan.

Quick, easy, responsive, great customer service Very pleased customer! I refinanced and worked with Shawn Croat. He not only gave me a great deal, but was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. Loan closed in 21 days and disbursed 4 days later (which is only possible if you are quick to submit all documentations they request for at the beginning and during the process). Everything was done online. Notary comes to your house for closing. Really seamless experience. Too good. Highly recommend Shawn Croats.
