USExcellent rate & Excellent service When we first refinanced through Sebonic we had a wonderful experience and recently when the rates went down they were our first choice. This time also we had an excellent experience with them. This time Shawn Croat was our loan officer and Shelly Sequin was our loan coordinator who has done a tremendous job & supported us with the loan closure within the promised / rate lock time. Our anytime refinance option was/ will always be Sebonic without any doubts 😊. Thank you so much Shawn Croat, Shelly Sequin & Sebonic as always 🙏

USCan't provide a negative so 1 star will… Can't provide a negative so 1 star will have to do. Started my loan with them in February and in May called Quicken because I kept getting the run around from Sebonic. Closed in June with Quicken, only 1 month, and still have Sebonic asking for the same documents I have provided several times. Save away from this company. They have no customer service, never spoke to my loan officer after he got me to sign up, I was told he is too busy. Run, don't walk away from Sebonic.

USClosing date keeps getting moved! We started this process over 2 months ago. We have excellent credit and job history. The closing date keeps getting kicked down the road. every 10-14 days they're looking for "updated" statements on EVERYTHING!! No urgency at all. I wish I had done a more thorough research on this company. STAY AWAY. Support your local banker instead.

USNightmare First of all they charge more for appraisals by about 2 to $300 than anybody else. I sent document after document after document for 2 months and they kept stringing me along trying to relock it at a higher rate even though mortgage rates are going down.. I got so fed up with them I went to Quicken Loans. I would advise against using them unless of course you live on Elm Street which in case it will be a perfect fit.

USSebonic has the most unknowledgeable Sebonic has the most unknowledgeable, asinine, robotic underwriters, I have ever dealt with. After THREE arduous weeks of paperwork, uploading new documents nearly every day, And having to INCREASE my home insurance coverage with a check up front, to please them! At the last minute, a week before closing, they denied my refinance. Bait and Switch? They offered, at the last minute, to 'restructure' my loan. Right. No. Could I just say, the woman I had to deal with, must have a life questioning moment, any time she has to check the "I am not a Robot" box.
