I was skeptical of Sebonic when I … I was skeptical of Sebonic when I applied for a refinance via Bankrate. I hadn't heard of the company and went strictly off of the reviews. My peace of mind was put to rest by John Ruskin (Loan Originator) and Cy Lokuan(Loan Processor). Both individuals are highly responsive, diligent, and accurate in their work. In the end, Sebonic actually ended up having the cheapest rate, APR, and fees. This was compared to Guaranteed Rate and Chase. I would recommend Sebonic to any of my friends for a re-finance!

Sebonic has the most unknowledgeable Sebonic has the most unknowledgeable, asinine, robotic underwriters, I have ever dealt with. After THREE arduous weeks of paperwork, uploading new documents nearly every day, And having to INCREASE my home insurance coverage with a check up front, to please them! At the last minute, a week before closing, they denied my refinance. Bait and Switch? They offered, at the last minute, to 'restructure' my loan. Right. No. Could I just say, the woman I had to deal with, must have a life questioning moment, any time she has to check the "I am not a Robot" box.

He is very knowledgeable and works to get the best rates the first time without jerking us around. If Mr. Croats didn’t know something he was honest and would find the answer. We appreciate all he has done and the fact he isn’t trying to pressure people nor is he giving us inaccurate information. We would recommend Mr.Croats specifically to work with when choosing your company but that your whole company did their best to handle our refinance efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

Quick, easy, responsive, great customer service Very pleased customer! I refinanced and worked with Shawn Croat. He not only gave me a great deal, but was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. Loan closed in 21 days and disbursed 4 days later (which is only possible if you are quick to submit all documentations they request for at the beginning and during the process). Everything was done online. Notary comes to your house for closing. Really seamless experience. Too good. Highly recommend Shawn Croats.
