Lots of contradictory reviews, IMPOSSIBLE to get money back. The two stars are because they do publish a huge amount of information. Reason for not renewing: With very few exceptions... you will receive 5 messages with BUY ratings and 5 messages with sell ratings (for the same stock, again and again) I let the first year go by and the same day of Renewal I told them to please cancel, I called my CC (Citi) and told them to reverse that charge. Seekingalpha fought tooth and nail and got the CC company to say that even though I reversed the charge THE EXACT DAY of the transaction, I was FORCED TO BUY such useless service. To add insult to financial injury... I was forced to accept their service at $239 per year of BUY-SELL ambiguous contradictions and: I CANNOT EVEN LOGIN because Seekingalpha cancelled my FORCED premium service. Honest suggestion: Steer clear! I pay for M...Y Fo...s every year! Much more serious, much less ambiguous and no FORCED subscriptions.

I had issues twice in the last week and… I had issues twice in the last week and I was going to get a refund because of the service issues. He reviewed my account and helped me get the premium restored.
