USVery customer centric and helpful I run a 500 plus member Investing Group on Seeking Alpha. Naturally, there are outside questions surrounding subscriptions, renewals, upgrades from monthly to annual, and some occasional churn. The SA subscription team has been great to partner with and very responsive, a must in fast paced world. They are very customer centric, think and act like smart business people.

ILQuality service and generous company too I used seeking alpha for few years and it was very good. However I decided to stop investing in individual stocks and for the 3 indexes I don't need seeking alpha. I forgot aobut it and got billed for next year. I asked for a refund and closed the account and they agreed to do it. This is very good.

CASomeone actually responded to my cry… Someone actually responded to my cry for help quickly and looked after the problem immediately. Shocked the heck out of me because that never happens anymore.
