GBSaroj Kumar was the customer service… Saroj Kumar was the customer service rep that handled my inquiry. Saroj were quick to respond, very professional and solved my issue. Thank you very much.

ESLots of contradictory reviews, IMPOSSIBLE to get money back. The two stars are because they do publish a huge amount of information. Reason for not renewing: With very few exceptions... you will receive 5 messages with BUY ratings and 5 messages with sell ratings (for the same stock, again and again) I let the first year go by and the same day of Renewal I told them to please cancel, I called my CC (Citi) and told them to reverse that charge. Seekingalpha fought tooth and nail and got the CC company to say that even though I reversed the charge THE EXACT DAY of the transaction, I was FORCED TO BUY such useless service. To add insult to financial injury... I was forced to accept their service at $239 per year of BUY-SELL ambiguous contradictions and: I CANNOT EVEN LOGIN because Seekingalpha cancelled my FORCED premium service. Honest suggestion: Steer clear! I pay for M...Y Fo...s every year! Much more serious, much less ambiguous and no FORCED subscriptions.

CHFast & Friendly Customer Service I am a happy subscriber to Seeking Alpha. With no access to sell-side research, this site fills an important gap for me in assessing stock fundamentals. The customer service is fast, efficient and friendly. I recently received a quick reply to a concern, and the service team were anxious to follow up with me that everything was ok. Greatly appreciated!

GBFalse charges, little valiue They put me on autorenew, I cancelled and they still charged me for up coming year and will not refund. The product in itself is poor and the service is worse. Stay away.
