Customer Service Each and every time I reach out to the Seeking Alpha customer service / response team, I am treated quickly, happily, and professionally. I've yet to have an issue NOT resolved, and my latest experience was no exception. I am grateful for the helpfulness and kindness that Vanessa showed and provided as I looked for help with screening for 5-year dividend growth!

Fast & Friendly Customer Service I am a happy subscriber to Seeking Alpha. With no access to sell-side research, this site fills an important gap for me in assessing stock fundamentals. The customer service is fast, efficient and friendly. I recently received a quick reply to a concern, and the service team were anxious to follow up with me that everything was ok. Greatly appreciated!

Articles really let it down There are a lot of people posting articles on this site, there is an incentive as you can earn some money from this. As a result some people post articles that contain nothing of value, just generic sector related risks and benefits. This just waters down the frequency of good articles. If you post a comment pointing out the lack of substance in an article, or risks they missed, your comment usually never gets posted. Leaves you wondering what's the point of reading any of them, quant is ok though.
