USFalse charges, little valiue They put me on autorenew, I cancelled and they still charged me for up coming year and will not refund. The product in itself is poor and the service is worse. Stay away.

USGreat customer service at Seeking Alpha The customer support agent at Seeking Alpha was excellent. He was patient, extremely helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the services offered by the various subscriptions at Seeking Alpha. I really like this organization, as they take achieving high investment returns very seriously. I am truly glad I am a subscriber to Seeking Alpha, and look forward to a long time of solid recommendations and returns from this company.

BE!!!SCAM !!!! !!!! The paid version is a scam. One month trial at $5, renewable at $239. I didn't renew and they took $479 from me, because of misleading closures hidden in the general conditions. Refusal to reimburse with the complicity of PayPal which covers the practice. And as based in Israel, no recourse. A great bunch of crooks! I will add that I canceled before the end of the trial period and that the refund request for the final version remained unanswered. The only answer is that you will no longer be charged. Likewise, it is easily verifiable on their site that there is no offer at 479 dollars. If resolved, I will modify my opinion.

ESLots of contradictory reviews, IMPOSSIBLE to get money back. The two stars are because they do publish a huge amount of information. Reason for not renewing: With very few exceptions... you will receive 5 messages with BUY ratings and 5 messages with sell ratings (for the same stock, again and again) I let the first year go by and the same day of Renewal I told them to please cancel, I called my CC (Citi) and told them to reverse that charge. Seekingalpha fought tooth and nail and got the CC company to say that even though I reversed the charge THE EXACT DAY of the transaction, I was FORCED TO BUY such useless service. To add insult to financial injury... I was forced to accept their service at $239 per year of BUY-SELL ambiguous contradictions and: I CANNOT EVEN LOGIN because Seekingalpha cancelled my FORCED premium service. Honest suggestion: Steer clear! I pay for M...Y Fo...s every year! Much more serious, much less ambiguous and no FORCED subscriptions.

GBArticles really let it down There are a lot of people posting articles on this site, there is an incentive as you can earn some money from this. As a result some people post articles that contain nothing of value, just generic sector related risks and benefits. This just waters down the frequency of good articles. If you post a comment pointing out the lack of substance in an article, or risks they missed, your comment usually never gets posted. Leaves you wondering what's the point of reading any of them, quant is ok though.
