Top of the line services!!! Oxford Gold came highly recommended by couple of radio hosts and they definitely delivered an excellent service. Sam and Derek were very helpful from the start. Since my husband and I had never dealt with buying precious metals, we had a lot of questions. Get actual dollar figures not spot pricing spreads on commions If new to investing in gold or silver be sure and find out exactly what the spread/ commission you will be charged. I withdrew 401 k money to purchase gold/silver coins. After 2 years of gold appreciating approx. 15%. Because of the Spread/commission that was never made clear to me. The value of my account has lost 7k . Be prepared to ask what you will be charged up front.in Dollar terms not spread terminology. It will take me another 5 years of gold appreciating at 10% a year just to get even. Very deceptive if you are a newbie. My contact there starts with a M and ends with a T. Be very cautious. I learned the hard way. Very unsatisfied. Will steer everyone I know away.

Leila explained things to me in an easily understandable manner. I learned things I didn't know about a gold IRA acct. There was a slight issue at one point and a phone call fixed it right up.
