Great company with real professionals I've had very bad experience with 2 other supposedly top companies that dealt with precious metals IRAs. Their customer service was so horrible that I decided to go elsewhere. Thankfully I found Oxford Gold Group. Sam Firozkar, my broker, and "Storm", in the retirement department, were very professional, courteous and well versed in their areas. They were very patient in answering all my questions, walked me through the process step by step and gave me all the support I needed to open an account and rollover an IRA from another company.
