Leila explained things to me in an easily understandable manner. I learned things I didn't know about a gold IRA acct. There was a slight issue at one point and a phone call fixed it right up. Leila was friendly and informative. She gave me the knowledge to allow me to feel comfortable buying gold. I recommend this company if you're ready to diversify your account holdings.

I had made the call to Oxford about… I had made the call to Oxford about switching an old 401K into precious metals. KC was extremely helpful along with her team. They had gone the extra mile with me in helping me with explaining the information and my overall decision with the type of metals and differences between the different types of metals to purchase. KC had taken the time to arrange the phone calls on my lunch break at my job. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and outcome.

broken promises I opened an account November 2023. My precious metals were to be deposited in 4-6 weeks. In February 2024 I received a letter from the holding company stating they were no longer doing business with Oxford Gold Group. I contacted my rep at OGG and was fed a much of crap. I told him I lost confidence in OGG and wanted a full refund. The rep advised me to contact the owner of OGG. The owner stated I would receive my initial investment in 5-7 business days. This NEVER happened. I made several phone calls and sent several emails to the owner and my rep with NO response. I will continue to try and make contact with the owner and rep and also contact the FTC, BBB, and any agency that can do an investigation into OGG. I would NOT recommend OGG to anyone interested in buying precious metals for many reasons; lack of professionalism, lack of positive customer service and broken promises...
