GBImprovement of my credit score Improvement of my credit score. This company did a great job. When I first got involved. I was really trying to do all of the right things by entering money into my account even if it was just $5.00 but some kind of way. It was taking care of. At first I was putting. All the security on the company. Thinking that they were going to properly do their jobs. I added a credit card. But it went bad. Because hackers kept going into my account. Some kind of way. But I'm guessing it's in check now. I will continue with self to improve my credit.

GBIf I could leave zero I would If I could leave zero I would, I had an account and it didn’t do anything to help my credit. It has since remained with an “unpaid” balance for over 2 years, contacts to customer service is garbage, they just confirm the account is closed. I have been on hold for over an hour to speak with someone to have it removed, I’ve disputed it to the credit reporting agencies. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

GBMy credit score dropped and more… My credit score dropped and more importantly i had major issues with payments. We changed banks and their system wouldn't allow the change so our payments kept rejecting. They cannot apparently take any phone payments or other method. Customer service was nice but she couldn't help at all! So frustrating I closed my account. Never recommend this product.

GBUp hill credit with a peace of mind. I went from a low 4/500 to in the 605 now and I was able to take my time pay back what I can as I can when I can on time at a low low low rate it helps me have zero stress about making my payments and gives me a peace of mind knowing I’m helping build my credit up in the mean time. GBDo not expect any level of customer… Do not expect any level of customer service. Zero confidence that if I need help in the future you will be of any help. Got bounced around and then basically made a suggestion that might solve the problem. Don't offshore your customer service. Someone reading from a script who isn't empowered to do anything and isn't adequately trained to problem solve isn't service.
