GBMy credit score dropped and more… My credit score dropped and more importantly i had major issues with payments. We changed banks and their system wouldn't allow the change so our payments kept rejecting. They cannot apparently take any phone payments or other method. Customer service was nice but she couldn't help at all! So frustrating I closed my account. Never recommend this product.

GBImprovement of my credit score Improvement of my credit score. This company did a great job. When I first got involved. I was really trying to do all of the right things by entering money into my account even if it was just $5.00 but some kind of way. It was taking care of. At first I was putting. All the security on the company. Thinking that they were going to properly do their jobs. I added a credit card. But it went bad. Because hackers kept going into my account. Some kind of way. But I'm guessing it's in check now. I will continue with self to improve my credit.

GBMy credit score has grew so much b/c of… My credit score has grew so much b/c of self lender. It was perfect. After making every payment on time for a year I had the option of taking the money out & keeping it or putting as much as I wanted to put down on a secured credit card. That helped me to keep that account open & give me a clean shot at a credit card. After a year of making my payments on time, self will then gave me back the money that I had down on the secured credit card. What a win!

GBI loved the fact that I was reminded… I loved the fact that I was reminded every month when payment was due so I would always be on time. This is an awesome program to assist with rebuilding your credit.

GBCredit Score was hurt more than helped - STAY AWAY I started using Self Lender back in 2020. After completing my one-year account, I signed up for another 2 year account. The original account closed and my credit score dropped 34 points - 4 points below where it had been when I started the program. When I called their customer service, I was told that they couldn’t do anything to help. After seeing this, I was afraid that, after the two year period, my credit score would take an even bigger hit, so I cancelled the program altogether. 8 months later, the account finally closed and in one day, my score dropped 64 points. I feel incredibly disappointed with my experience.
