After making every payment on time for a year I had the option of taking the money out & keeping it or putting as much as I wanted to put down on a secured credit card. That helped me to keep that account open & give me a clean shot at a credit card. After a year of making my payments on time, self will then gave me back the money that I had down on the secured credit card. What a win!

Do not expect any level of customer… Do not expect any level of customer service. Zero confidence that if I need help in the future you will be of any help. Got bounced around and then basically made a suggestion that might solve the problem. Don't offshore your customer service. Someone reading from a script who isn't empowered to do anything and isn't adequately trained to problem solve isn't service.

I'm earning my life back with SELF!!! There was no hope for me before I found SELF. I feel so excited abiut my credit future for the first time in my life and I now feel I have earned opportunities that I would not have elsewise have. Thank you Self for helping me get my life back!
