GBDo not expect any level of customer… Do not expect any level of customer service. Zero confidence that if I need help in the future you will be of any help. Got bounced around and then basically made a suggestion that might solve the problem. Don't offshore your customer service. Someone reading from a script who isn't empowered to do anything and isn't adequately trained to problem solve isn't service.

GBI Absolutely LOVED what SELF did for me!! Self was referred to me by a friend of mine and I was kind of skeptical about it at first, but it turned out to be one of the best moves I've made while working towards improving my credit scores!! It definitely motivated me throughout the process, to keep going. Give it a try!!

GBMy credit score dropped and more… My credit score dropped and more importantly i had major issues with payments. We changed banks and their system wouldn't allow the change so our payments kept rejecting. They cannot apparently take any phone payments or other method. Customer service was nice but she couldn't help at all! So frustrating I closed my account. Never recommend this product.

GBI loved the fact that I was reminded… I loved the fact that I was reminded every month when payment was due so I would always be on time. This is an awesome program to assist with rebuilding your credit.
