Got bounced around and then basically made a suggestion that might solve the problem. Don't offshore your customer service. Someone reading from a script who isn't empowered to do anything and isn't adequately trained to problem solve isn't service.

GBIf I could leave zero I would If I could leave zero I would, I had an account and it didn’t do anything to help my credit. It has since remained with an “unpaid” balance for over 2 years, contacts to customer service is garbage, they just confirm the account is closed. I have been on hold for over an hour to speak with someone to have it removed, I’ve disputed it to the credit reporting agencies. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
