It really does work but there's no customer service for help I appreciate the ease of setting up both the credit builder account and the credit card, it really did help. And normally things run smoothly. But when something does go wrong it is incredibly difficult to get help, no one answers messenger, no one is available on chat, no emsil, and forget getting a human on the phone.

Up hill credit with a peace of mind. I went from a low 4/500 to in the 605 now and I was able to take my time pay back what I can as I can when I can on time at a low low low rate it helps me have zero stress about making my payments and gives me a peace of mind knowing I’m helping build my credit up in the mean time. Big scam Big scam, when u pay ur load or credit card off they hold your money forever. I canceled my credit card trying to get my deposit back and they sent to an old address but that’s crazy to me because the loan went to my bank account which is my Perferred payout method. Scam Alert

Do not expect any level of customer… Do not expect any level of customer service. Zero confidence that if I need help in the future you will be of any help. Got bounced around and then basically made a suggestion that might solve the problem. Don't offshore your customer service. Someone reading from a script who isn't empowered to do anything and isn't adequately trained to problem solve isn't service.

At first I was skeptical about what was… At first I was skeptical about what was going to happen, but amazingly over a few months of service my score started to rise, then drop, but then rise even higher, then drop a Lil, until a year and half later from 594 score to 728 now. Not bad and it's sticking. This app motivates me to keep up with my spending, and saving, debt solutions. Thank you so much to the person who came up with this app
