It really does work but there's no customer service for help I appreciate the ease of setting up both the credit builder account and the credit card, it really did help. And normally things run smoothly. But when something does go wrong it is incredibly difficult to get help, no one answers messenger, no one is available on chat, no emsil, and forget getting a human on the phone.

My credit score dropped and more… My credit score dropped and more importantly i had major issues with payments. We changed banks and their system wouldn't allow the change so our payments kept rejecting. They cannot apparently take any phone payments or other method. Customer service was nice but she couldn't help at all! So frustrating I closed my account. Never recommend this product.

I was really trying to do all of the right things by entering money into my account even if it was just $5.00 but some kind of way. It was taking care of. At first I was putting. All the security on the company. Thinking that they were going to properly do their jobs. I added a credit card. But it went bad. Because hackers kept going into my account. Some kind of way. But I'm guessing it's in check now. I will continue with self to improve my credit.

The Self Application is very… The Self Application is very informative and helpful. I use it often and also tell family and friends about it. My daughter and family use it as well.

If I could leave zero I would If I could leave zero I would, I had an account and it didn’t do anything to help my credit. It has since remained with an “unpaid” balance for over 2 years, contacts to customer service is garbage, they just confirm the account is closed. I have been on hold for over an hour to speak with someone to have it removed, I’ve disputed it to the credit reporting agencies. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
