My credit score dropped and more… My credit score dropped and more importantly i had major issues with payments. We changed banks and their system wouldn't allow the change so our payments kept rejecting. They cannot apparently take any phone payments or other method. Customer service was nice but she couldn't help at all! So frustrating I closed my account. Never recommend this product.

My credit score has grew so much b/c of… My credit score has grew so much b/c of self lender. It was perfect. After making every payment on time for a year I had the option of taking the money out & keeping it or putting as much as I wanted to put down on a secured credit card. That helped me to keep that account open & give me a clean shot at a credit card. After a year of making my payments on time, self will then gave me back the money that I had down on the secured credit card. What a win!

Up hill credit with a peace of mind. I went from a low 4/500 to in the 605 now and I was able to take my time pay back what I can as I can when I can on time at a low low low rate it helps me have zero stress about making my payments and gives me a peace of mind knowing I’m helping build my credit up in the mean time. Thank you self!!!

It really does work but there's no customer service for help I appreciate the ease of setting up both the credit builder account and the credit card, it really did help. And normally things run smoothly. But when something does go wrong it is incredibly difficult to get help, no one answers messenger, no one is available on chat, no emsil, and forget getting a human on the phone.
