GBI didn't receive the statement and bill and repersentives were helpful. 1132054 I never received my bill, statement or contract form, anything after sign up for Just Energy until a day I receive disconnetion notice with some fine in mail regarding I didn't pay bill, so the electricity will be disconneted. I contacted the customer service and explain the issue. They kept telling me that the statement is sent out, and monthly bill was sent out via email as request. But I searched my junk list and inbox, found nothing from Just Energy. They even got name wrong, I guess that is why I didn't receive the emails and mails. The customer serivice eps insisted that I should be responsible for the late fee plus diconnect notice fee. The overall experience with them were very unpleasant and unprofessional.
