Had to constantly follow-up... Had to constantly follow-up for updates. I felt as if Arcus Lending could have taken a more proactive approach to thoroughly explain all the steps and what borrowers should expect, especially for first timers. This would have minimized the stress and doubts that I had for the firm at times.

Arcus is a good company but it is hard… Arcus is a good company but it is hard to get hold of right people and sometimes simple email requests drags on for days.
