Fraud Alert I received a fraud alert concerning a purchase from London! I called Customer Service and from the initial text message of the fraud alert to the call to Customer Service man they were on it!!! Customer Service reps were attentive and patient! I was able to understand them speaking English! They solved my issue in less than 3 mins... Thanks to you all!

had a conversation last month with one… had a conversation last month with one of your representatives, making it sound like I would not have a late fee for next month that I will be credited. She neglected to tell me where that money was being credited to which was towards the “balance”. It’s very sneaky and deceiving. I can’t wait to pay the balance off to close this credit card. And if there are something I can write a review so I can warm people about your company about these late fees I will. So if I am a day late on my billing cycle that month, I will be charged a late fee. Next billing cycle I will still be charged and punished a late fee for being late last month. That is wrong. It is a rip off you’re making money off of that from middle class people.

I had charges on my account that I did… I had charges on my account that I did not make. I have not been looking at my monthly statements, but when I did I found out that I was constantly being charged by a company that I have never used. They listen to my situation, they told me they was sending the paperwork out for me to fill out, an in the future that I need to start looking at my statements, which is true. The customers service that help me was very helpful, and I thank them for their help.
