USI had charges on my account that I did… I had charges on my account that I did not make. I have not been looking at my monthly statements, but when I did I found out that I was constantly being charged by a company that I have never used. They listen to my situation, they told me they was sending the paperwork out for me to fill out, an in the future that I need to start looking at my statements, which is true. The customers service that help me was very helpful, and I thank them for their help.
