GBI was Having issues with a payment. I was Having issues with a payment.. The lady in support was beyond excellent, she took care of my problem and walked me through the "how to". She had me fixed up in minutes. All support rep companies could take lessons from this group. A+

GBI had charges on my account that I did… I had charges on my account that I did not make. I have not been looking at my monthly statements, but when I did I found out that I was constantly being charged by a company that I have never used. They listen to my situation, they told me they was sending the paperwork out for me to fill out, an in the future that I need to start looking at my statements, which is true. The customers service that help me was very helpful, and I thank them for their help.

GBDo not use the app to pay the bill on… Do not use the app to pay the bill on your account. If you do they will send you a text saying that they have processed your payment only to get a notice weeks later saying that your payment didnt go through. They over a week to process your payment and then blame your bank for the delay.

GBCustomer service was very helpful Customer service was very helpful. I made the mistake when setting up my auto payment date, I didn’t realize that they start their calendar date on a Monday vs Sunday. I normally get paid n 4th Wednesday if the month. I THOUGHT I picked the last Wednesday by picking middle of calendar when I ACTUALLY picked a Thursday. Watch for this. They did reimburse me and I changed my auto date myself.
