I called today, and Colin answered, I requested he have Eric call me back to answer a question I had on a previous conversation about Option trading. Colin was helpful in answering chart questions I had while waiting for Eric to be free to call me back. I've spoken to Eric on several occasions. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, whether it's about stocks, options trading, or understanding how to take full advantage of the Tradesmith algorithm system. With Eric's help, I've acquired a better understanding of Options Trading and how to take full advantage of your Tradesmith system, making money along the way. I, being quite new at options trading, and even less knowledgeable about spreads, was allowed time to understand everything we discussed. I rarely use this I rarely use this. its very expensive. Even with the trainings you forget what the tools do and how to best utilize them. I really wish they had step by step trainings with real examples of how to really use the product. They basically tell you where things are and what its supposed to do but no real world application showing it worked, or how to best use. I have tried Co-Pilot, ratings, constant cash flow, and options 360. Paid for all of these different services and I have not made my money back from using any of them. That is the real world scenario I have experienced.

Wonderful onboarding experience today! Thank you Devin & Avy! Today Devin helped me to register for my first service with TradeSmith. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. He made the whole onboarding process very easy and comfortable. A little while later I called back with a question and spoke with Avy. She was also terrific! She was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the site and other services TradeSmith offers.
