Wonderful onboarding experience today! Thank you Devin & Avy! Today Devin helped me to register for my first service with TradeSmith. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. He made the whole onboarding process very easy and comfortable. A little while later I called back with a question and spoke with Avy. She was also terrific! She was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the site and other services TradeSmith offers. I am super happy with the level of support TradeSmith offers and am looking forward to working with them when needed in order to develop my trading experience. I'd also like to mention that I very much appreciate Keith Kaplan's sincere, direct and friendly approach as he explains the company and services he leads. Support by Avy The support person, Avy, was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and determined to get me what I was looking for. It wasn't enough that we got to the individual publication but she was determined to help me get that one particular screen that I saw during the presentation that I watched. She tried different approaches and was, humble enough to say that she was going to ask her colleagues, when we were not getting what I was looking for. Finally took about 15 minutes but she delivered. I have previous experiences where the support person suggests: "just go back to where we were and 'play around' to see if you might run into what you had seen and want to access." Avy needs to be acknowledged for how she performed; and commended for not giving up (as I have experienced with other support persons but NOT with Tradesmith).

Excellent service and hopefully a few means to make more income, to make getting old easier. I'm 71 and mentally and physically failing. I normally try not to engage in conversation until after noon but Jason's deal was important and the previous night, three of my credit cards were declined. I called and Collin somehow understood what I was trying to convey to him. He was professional, thorough, polite, and most importantly he had a sense of humor. When I become nervous, I speak in tongues and Southern tongues to make understanding me, quite difficult. He did so, and never once did I feel he was talking down to me. I owned a business, so I know a little about people. My clients were the richest of the rich in my city and I good see Collin dealing with them and their peculiarities with no problems. I think it's a gift to deal with all socio-economic classes and make all feel as if that person is, will be the most important person he will speak to all day. I'm not easy to deal with, but Collin made Tradesmith the most professional finance publishing business I've dealt with. Don't waste his talents. J. Michael Cranford

I was able to reach TS support without delay I was able to reach TS support without a long delay on the phone. Vienna was very helpful with my questions and walked me through the setup of my brokerage account. She sent me information on the Concierge appt email, so I can learn more about the usage of your website.
