Lack of follow up , not real rates bait and switch They ghosted me after 3 months of document prep and asking for all kinds of documents. Dont waste time If you need to close go elsewhere. Their UW named Heather is horrible. Ask for redundant info. Like getting a root canal dealing with her. David Natale lies and cant close anything

Really rude company Really rude company. Information on website is inaccurate. Owner, I believe, will hang up in your face before you can get your words out of your mouth. I wouldn't recommend.

CFF is an excellent private money… CFF is an excellent private money lender to use when you need to close in 7-10 days! We have used them on many fix and flip properties as well as long term rental investments. I highly recommend them for financing any investment property.
