Lack of follow up , not real rates bait and switch They ghosted me after 3 months of document prep and asking for all kinds of documents. Dont waste time If you need to close go elsewhere. Their UW named Heather is horrible. Ask for redundant info. Like getting a root canal dealing with her. David Natale lies and cant close anything
