GBLack of follow up , not real rates bait and switch They ghosted me after 3 months of document prep and asking for all kinds of documents. Dont waste time If you need to close go elsewhere. Their UW named Heather is horrible. Ask for redundant info. Like getting a root canal dealing with her. David Natale lies and cant close anything

GBI used them for our project that… I used them for our project that required a hard money loan to close on in 5 days. Scott did a great job. They were able to get it done in time and the terms were very fair. Great company with a great team. I will use them again for my next hard money loan.
