NICE DOES IT I was trying to get out of an abusive interest on my loan and I did it, with the help of Esteban. He was very helpful and kind, and his patience allowed me to be done with this process in a short period of time. Now I’m just waiting for the final confirmation of our deal and, since everything should be OK, we are ecstatic . I lowered my interest rate by almost 3 points and my payments are now really manageable. What could be better ?

Help was even given to me on how to get my navigate thru my computer which I needed several times. My overall opinion of this company is GREAT!

I did a VA Refinance with Rocket… I did a VA Refinance with Rocket Mortgage and couldn't be happier. The rate I received was 2.25 and the customer service was outstanding. My Rocket Agent Ahmeen, was awesome, called me anytime there was a question and walked me through the entire process. Honestly I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it just never happened. About 2 weeks after the signing, Rocket sent me a box full of goodies to say thank you. Also, something that was important to me was that Rocket doesn't sell your mortgage to another servicer, Rocket services your loan for the life of the loan. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage Mark A. Happy days ahead I had went through 4 other co. No one could help they saved me and it was over so fast everone i talk to there was so kind they got back to me right away i amy so happy for a whole year i tride to stay aflot my husban got dementa he took care of bill i had no ideal we were in trouble i had to take over bills i made f all throug school i had to mail checks all the dr. Stuff i had to try and fix thing on the house well you get the picture . P s i love youall
