Rocket Mortgage called to offer me a… Rocket Mortgage called to offer me a refinance. I have excellent credit, guaranteed income (social security, passive income from investments). After telling me no problem, it took them 5 months. The day before I was supposed to close, they asked for all new documents they hadn't requested before. I'm a realtor. In today's competitive market, can you imagine ever getting a home through them? You wouldn't stand a chance. I finally threatened them with age discrimination (I'm 70). The next day, I had my refinance. I wish I had read their reviews on the BBB website before I started with them. One star is too many.

An extremely fortunate email! I received an email from LowerMyBills asking if I had considered refinancing our house. Worth a Try I didn’t expect much just because I didn’t know what to expect. I was happily surprised with how well and smoothly everything has gone. I was going to refinance through AmeriSave but when I put in my and my husbands information I was referred QuickenLoans and it’s been a wonderful experience!
