NICE DOES IT I was trying to get out of an abusive interest on my loan and I did it, with the help of Esteban. He was very helpful and kind, and his patience allowed me to be done with this process in a short period of time. Now I’m just waiting for the final confirmation of our deal and, since everything should be OK, we are ecstatic . I lowered my interest rate by almost 3 points and my payments are now really manageable. What could be better ?

False Hope I received no help at all. I explained I lost my job during the pandemic, and this caused financial hardship for several months. I have been fortunate to start working again, but the pandemic drained my savings and put my credit in a bad place. Since I’ve returned to work my credit has started to turn around, but none of this was considered. I find this so called help a joke.
