However after acceptance I found out that you can negotiate with them. They were fair and did give me more money for my items after I contacted them. Overall they do what they advertise.

GBThey did just what their website promised They did just what their website promised. I downloaded a pre-printed, prepaid FedEx label and sent my silverware. They stayed in touch every step of the way. As soon as they appraised the silverware, they let me know the dollar amount. I accepted their offer and they transferred the money into my PayPal account. I will definitely use them in the future-

GBOnce I made contact with the company I… Once I made contact with the company I received very easy to understand instructions on how to submit my articles for evaluation. The shipping was handled well and I received my estimate rather promptly. I chose to accept their offer and am currently waiting for the check in the mail. I’m very satisfied so far with results. In fact I will be using them again very soon.

GBI had an awesome experience w/ this Gold… I had a great experience w/ this Gold buyer & their process. Prepaid envelope showed up priority mail very fast; I packaged up my belongings and mailed off w/ prepaid pouch; after a couple days I got a quote via email to accept or deny; I accepted and a check was mailed out promptly. AND all the stuff I wasn’t sure about was mailed back to me. You can’t lose; ur out nothing if u don’t accept the quote although I believe they are fair & offer above what other buyers will. Would recommend to family and friends!! A+ service

GBEasy,quick and fair service and company. I received my kit within a few days. I mailed it through a Fedex dropbox on Friday. On Monday, i received my appraisal, which was quite fair. I chose to be paid with a paper check in order to avoid fees, but there are options with small fees. Overall, an easy and enjoyable process. I even received a card in the package stating that I would receive an additional 10% above appraisal price if i returned the card with my jewelry within a certain reasonable time frame. Really great experience and would definitely recommend the company over a jewelry store or pawn shop trade in.
