GBWebsite is False information! Website shows diamond rates at one price and are completely false advertisement! The rates they are using are completely different then what they actually offer. Also shows featured, just appraised rings but when you send in your diamond ring that has been certified and a bigger diamond size, the appraised amount isn't even close!

GBVery disappointed in my experience Very disappointed in my experience. Granted, communication was excellent. However, the estimate they gave me for my ring was quite laughable! I of course turned it down, and had ring sent back to me. Today, I took it to a pawnshop for a second opinion. It was twice what Diamonds USA offered ! Emboldened, I thanked them and then traveled to a local reseller called JewelRecycle. Within 10 minutes-I was offered THREE times the amount from Diamonds USA! And they gave me option of cash or paper check ! Needless to say I walked out cash in hand. Not really sure how they determine worth of an item-but I highly recommend getting an opinion from your local reseller first ! Can not in good conscience recommend.

GBThis story is not finished but I sent… This story is not finished but I sent DiamondsUSA 5 pieces of jewelry worth $8600 from the appraisal I personally had done on my jewelry. DiamondsUSA offered me $675.15!! I declined their offer of course. If I don’t get my jewelry back in the exact condition it was in when I sent it and as quickly as it was sent I’ll be contacting some of the people who left reviews describing similar experiences to start a class action lawsuit.

GBSuper easy and safe process Super easy and safe process. (I would have liked a little more in value, however I did accept the offer). Communication on status, mailing, returns and payment is excellent. For jewelry that is just gathering dust in the drawer, it’s a very good option without even leaving your home.

I am very happy with the end result. I would recommend Cash for Silver to anyone that wanted to get rid of old silver they are no longer using or will ever use.
