Horrible experience! To be honest, not the best experience with this company. The advertising is not 100% guaranteed like it says. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around after accepting the second offer because the first offer was insulting and after telling them that they offered double plus the second time around. The process of sending my items was the only stress free part. Everything afterwards was not. Online it say payment can be in all of these different forms yet when I asked for direct deposit I was told I only had two options: check in the mail which would take 3 days and PayPal. But, on the website it said: Choose from instant payment options: direct deposit, PayPal, virtual credit card, print-at-home check, or check via USPS or FedEx. After the 3 days I call and email just to be told it would take up to 10 business days. (And the responses were confusing because I sent my items through Diamonds USA but then someone from CashforGold was responding to me.) The business days pass and the check is still not here. Now I’m finally offered an expedited refund. The run around was exhausting and I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone else. I just hope I actually get what was promised to me.

However after acceptance I found out that you can negotiate with them. They were fair and did give me more money for my items after I contacted them. Overall they do what they advertise.

Their step by step process is pretty… Their step by step process is pretty straightforward & simple. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have I accepted their lowball offer as their offer came with no invoice that broke down how they came to this number. They offered an additional 10% to the offer, but without an invoice breaking it all down, I have no idea if the 10% was truly given. Further research suggests I could have probably gotten more for the scrap gold. Won’t be using their service again.

I had an awesome experience w/ this Gold… I had a great experience w/ this Gold buyer & their process. Prepaid envelope showed up priority mail very fast; I packaged up my belongings and mailed off w/ prepaid pouch; after a couple days I got a quote via email to accept or deny; I accepted and a check was mailed out promptly. AND all the stuff I wasn’t sure about was mailed back to me. You can’t lose; ur out nothing if u don’t accept the quote although I believe they are fair & offer above what other buyers will. Would recommend to family and friends!! A+ service

Sent nine .2 ct diamonds a 6.5 mm… Sent nine .2 ct diamonds and a 6.5 mm round diamond that weighed exactly 1 ct. Any other stones would weigh different according to there density. But that's not all I but untested jewelry and preform acid tests on every piece. It didn't matter that I had 40 grams of different pieces gold they did not test them and offered $3.44 so i declined one gram is $61spot and a necklace can weigh 2-6 grams totally disrespect to the owners reputation my business will never trust their employees again. 6.5 moisanites weigh .88 ct they didn't test them the right way.
