USHorrible experience! To be honest, not the best experience with this company. The advertising is not 100% guaranteed like it says. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around after accepting the second offer because the first offer was insulting and after telling them that they offered double plus the second time around. The process of sending my items was the only stress free part. Everything afterwards was not. Online it say payment can be in all of these different forms yet when I asked for direct deposit I was told I only had two options: check in the mail which would take 3 days and PayPal. But, on the website it said: Choose from instant payment options: direct deposit, PayPal, virtual credit card, print-at-home check, or check via USPS or FedEx. After the 3 days I call and email just to be told it would take up to 10 business days. (And the responses were confusing because I sent my items through Diamonds USA but then someone from CashforGold was responding to me.) The business days pass and the check is still not here. Now I’m finally offered an expedited refund. The run around was exhausting and I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone else. I just hope I actually get what was promised to me.

USSTAY CLEAR!@ Stay clear!! I went to a local jeweler prior to sending my ring in to this company and was offered almost $2K. I was hoping for more, so I thought I would give this company a try. What a mistake!! They offered me under $200 dollars for the same piece. I rejected the offer NUMEROUS times and requested they return the ring ASAP. Instead, they continued emailing me to "negotiate" a higher offer. They only returned it after threatening them with legal action if the ring was not returned by a certain date. Don't waste your time!

USThis story is not finished but I sent… This story is not finished but I sent DiamondsUSA 5 pieces of jewelry worth $8600 from the appraisal I personally had done on my jewelry. DiamondsUSA offered me $675.15!! I declined their offer of course. If I don’t get my jewelry back in the exact condition it was in when I sent it and as quickly as it was sent I’ll be contacting some of the people who left reviews describing similar experiences to start a class action lawsuit.

USSent my ring with a Total weight of 1/2… Sent my ring with a Total weight of 1/2 carat with gold band. They didn't offer even $100 for it. Of course I didn't accept. From the other reviews they are worse than a pawn shop with their offers. Now I'm worried about getting my ring back in the condition I sent it.

USStolen or Lied to? I got a horrible offer and requested my ring back. Two weeks later still not back. Called and they gave a runaround answer then a week later supposedly sent it back but I never got it. Then they said the fedex driver stole it and there was an investigation where I had to fill out papers for it. Did that after reading every word on it and that was weeks ago. Still no ring. I put the insurance claim in with them and nothing yet but was told it could take months!!! I’m livid.
