I am so thankful that I did not. Ron walked me through every document request, every new form, every new twist on getting to closing. I am not an easy man to work with. I raised my voice on the phone more than once but Ron hung in and calmly explained every number, every concern, every potential difficulty. And we made it. Ron Greene is a damn good man, who knows how to do his job and make it possible for all parties to come together at the end and all necessary papers are now signed.
