GBThis company is the worst 401K company… This company is the worst 401K company I have ever been forced to allow to hold my 401K contributions. They make changes to one's investments, changing where and how much is invested WITHOUT your express approval. Even when you are explicitly denied them the rights to 'rebalance'. Then they argue with you and refuse to change your investments back, costing one significant earnings and leaving you stuck with the funds that charge the highest fees. If your employer chooses this company for 401Ks, FIND A ANOTHER Employer.

BEI had a lot of contact with the people Darla Fulmer and Chris Billman I had a lot of contact with the people of Ubiquity about the 401K-plan. As I'm from Belgium, it's not always to understand everything because we don't know such a plan. The help of both Darla Fulmer and Chris Billman is so much appreciated. They've both tried to give me as much information as possible for me to understand everything. Their help was worth as gold and is really appreciated.

GBI would rate this company a -10 stars I would rate this company a -10 stars. When calling the CSR are reading scripts - called in 3 times no return calls - they all "apologize" and "escalate" - but nothing happens. Support email address is a black hole no response to 5 emails. This is one of the worst customer service experiences - scary that they are handling compliance and documentation for so many retirement plans. Run from this company.

GBName change made easy I was a bit nervous calling about a name change, but Elaina was amazing. She clearly explained the process and sent me a follow up email with detailed steps. Once initially submitted, Elaina was very quick to suggest adding one missing bit of documentation and then everything was processed the same day. Absolutely incredible, as I was sure this could drag on for a while. My only constructive criticism is the hold music could be better. It kind of makes you tense. :-) But thank you for a very positive experience.

GBExercised good judgement in proactively solving our problem Ubiquity actively discovered we had accidentally submitted 2 requests for employer contributions when we had meant to only send 1. They exercised good judgement in holding off in processing our second request until we were able to confirm what we wanted to do, which took us over 24 hours to respond. They then helped us resolve the issue, which required reconciliation between the first request and cancelled second request. They did a great job of ensuring we didn't do anything accidentally wrong. Thank you!
