MARTIN IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN My boss called Golden Eagle Coin to check on the value of some coins, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without so much as a courtesy, "Hey, sorry to keep you waiting!" When Martin answered, he was gruff and impatient and unprofessional. My boss asked him the value of his coins and Martin immediately low-balled him. When my boss questioned the low-balling, Martin hung up on my boss. I see that Martin has done this many times to other people, as demonstrated on some forums I just read. He is a conman and a piece of crap. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MARTIN. GOLDEN EAGLE COINS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOTTOM-DWELLING COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE RUSSIANS.

Unreasonable Wait Times (2 weeks+) 13 days in and my order is "IN_PROCESS"; still hasnt shipped when funds were immediately available. This company holds your funds for an unreasonable amount of time for their own greedy reasons, which are unnecessary and harm consumers. My order is pending and I'm highly concerned about even receiving it as ordered given the reviews I've read. I'll be going to somewhere else and gladly paying slightly more just to decrease weeks of unnecessary stress due this company's lack of responsivity after they've received what they want. They aren't investing in customers. I ordered two weeks ago my order hasn't shipped despite the funds clearing. And I don't care to get a response from the company I'll just go to jm, apmex, or someone else. They've been quicker and more reliable.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! NO CONFIDENCE ANY MORE IN Golden Eagle Coins ... This was my second purchase from Golden Eagle Coins... The first one went rather well: the package was delivered personally, and I had a chance to sigh for it like it was intended... But this time everything was terrible.. The package was nearly lost... Here is what happened: it was all about the delivery... The USPS is obviously NOT the appropriate means of delivering valuable packages like this... The package was NOT delivered personally... The package WAS NOT signed on upon delivery... The signature (if any) was forged... The package was simply left in the mail room (!)... I will think twice now before considering ordering from Golden Eagle Coins ... unless something is solid done to ensure a proper delivery...

Not So Sorry Customer anymore!! The Issue was resolved,... Clint was Awesome.(There are still Human Beings that communicate with each other with courtesy & respect)...instead of robots. Communication with this Company was Terrible, until I got Clint's attention through Review board miraculously. Corona Virus has reeked havoc on this country in every way possible, but that is NO EXCUSE for not replying simply to emails & making some way for people to contact thru phone.... Work from home...hire someone to answer the phone...hire someone to only answer emails....send it by horseback or pigeon if u have to...have someone only calling customers on their phone number given...ANYTHING! If your business is so slow & almost non existent due to the entire city, state or country shutting down...then you should use all those people to answer your customers from home... This was a Communication issue... ...& Clint at Golden Eagle Coins simply turned a Horrible experience into a Really Excellent Experience through his communication skills & kindness!
