Pretty good overall Website worked well. User friendly. Order didn't ship for a couple days past the stated shipping date, but I know demand is high. I was happy that a signature was required upon receipt of the package. That made me feel safer.

MARTIN IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN My boss called Golden Eagle Coin to check on the value of some coins, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without so much as a courtesy, "Hey, sorry to keep you waiting!" When Martin answered, he was gruff and impatient and unprofessional. My boss asked him the value of his coins and Martin immediately low-balled him. When my boss questioned the low-balling, Martin hung up on my boss. I see that Martin has done this many times to other people, as demonstrated on some forums I just read. He is a conman and a piece of crap. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MARTIN. GOLDEN EAGLE COINS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOTTOM-DWELLING COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE RUSSIANS.

Would order from them again and would recommend them to others. Placed an order with multiple items… Placed an order with multiple items that were all gifts. The USPS delivered it to the wrong address and we did not recognize the signature. We contacted Golden Eagle and explained the situation. A few days later there was a knock on the door and I signed for a full replacement. You all have my business permanently! Thank you!
