GBSeveral Shortcomings Apparently I'm not the only one with long shipping delays. Could coins advertised as "in stock" actual have to be acquired before re-selling? Grading system is more lenient than other suppliers. What would be a "good" elsewhere ends up as a "very good" with Golden Eagle. Worse of all, buyers are forced to set up an account before being able to order. This is not done with most reputable on-line sellers of any items.

GBHORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! NO CONFIDENCE ANY MORE IN Golden Eagle Coins ... This was my second purchase from Golden Eagle Coins... The first one went rather well: the package was delivered personally, and I had a chance to sigh for it like it was intended... But this time everything was terrible.. The package was nearly lost... Here is what happened: it was all about the delivery... The USPS is obviously NOT the appropriate means of delivering valuable packages like this... The package was NOT delivered personally... The package WAS NOT signed on upon delivery... The signature (if any) was forged... The package was simply left in the mail room (!)... I will think twice now before considering ordering from Golden Eagle Coins ... unless something is solid done to ensure a proper delivery...

GBNot So Sorry Customer anymore!! The Issue was resolved,... Clint was Awesome.(There are still Human Beings that communicate with each other with courtesy & respect)...instead of robots. Communication with this Company was Terrible, until I got Clint's attention through Review board miraculously. Corona Virus has reeked havoc on this country in every way possible, but that is NO EXCUSE for not replying simply to emails & making some way for people to contact thru phone.... Work from home...hire someone to answer the phone...hire someone to only answer emails....send it by horseback or pigeon if u have to...have someone only calling customers on their phone number given...ANYTHING! If your business is so slow & almost non existent due to the entire city, state or country shutting down...then you should use all those people to answer your customers from home... This was a Communication issue... ...& Clint at Golden Eagle Coins simply turned a Horrible experience into a Really Excellent Experience through his communication skills & kindness!

GBLove the website Love the website, but would really appreciate that even paying by CC the item would be able to be delivered to alternate address like my workplace. As a lot of parcels go missing where I live. Thank you

GBBuyer Beware Order took forever to receive and the order was not all there. What we did receive was damaged. Not too hopeful that this will be made right after reading all the negative reviews. Buyer beware, not worth the headache and you can get better customer service from other companies.
