GBSeveral Shortcomings Apparently I'm not the only one with long shipping delays. Could coins advertised as "in stock" actual have to be acquired before re-selling? Grading system is more lenient than other suppliers. What would be a "good" elsewhere ends up as a "very good" with Golden Eagle. Worse of all, buyers are forced to set up an account before being able to order. This is not done with most reputable on-line sellers of any items.

GBBuyer Beware Order took forever to receive and the order was not all there. What we did receive was damaged. Not too hopeful that this will be made right after reading all the negative reviews. Buyer beware, not worth the headache and you can get better customer service from other companies.

GBThe only place I enjoy shopping !! I was just googling history of this company and came across bad reviews. This has never been my experience when dealing with Golden Eagle Coins. I have made plenty of purchases over past few years and did so on their web sight with a very good buying experience that I have found unequalled anywhere ! That is my only complaint about Golden Eagle Coins….they have spoiled me with their great selection, quality and customer service that I rarely had to question anything. But when I did ,they addressed my concerns and handled their Bussiness very professionally and easy to talk to. In short I would recommend them to the first time buyer as well as a seasoned veteran in numismatics. I don’t give referrals often but you can take this one to the bank! GBPlaced an order with multiple items… Placed an order with multiple items that were all gifts. The USPS delivered it to the wrong address and we did not recognize the signature. We contacted Golden Eagle and explained the situation. A few days later there was a knock on the door and I signed for a full replacement. You all have my business permanently! Thank you!
