GBNot So Sorry Customer anymore!! The Issue was resolved,... Clint was Awesome.(There are still Human Beings that communicate with each other with courtesy & respect)...instead of robots. Communication with this Company was Terrible, until I got Clint's attention through Review board miraculously. Corona Virus has reeked havoc on this country in every way possible, but that is NO EXCUSE for not replying simply to emails & making some way for people to contact thru phone.... Work from home...hire someone to answer the phone...hire someone to only answer emails....send it by horseback or pigeon if u have to...have someone only calling customers on their phone number given...ANYTHING! If your business is so slow & almost non existent due to the entire city, state or country shutting down...then you should use all those people to answer your customers from home... This was a Communication issue... ...& Clint at Golden Eagle Coins simply turned a Horrible experience into a Really Excellent Experience through his communication skills & kindness!

GBBetter than any Consumer I found Golden Eagle Coins online. And went to check out their ratings. The first place had them rated as a #1 So I went there and signed up for the account. Not buying, anything. I emailed a letter asking about continual payments. And they just ignored my question. Extremely rude, indeed. I was about to put money in their pockets, every month. Well. They screwed themselves out of this one.

GBLONG time customer LONG time customer. I usually place several orders a year. Never a prob. only once actually and during this last year. I called and a nice woman (sorry forgot her name) on the phone upgraded some of the coins (very cool) on my order (that never happens w/ coin co's) and shipped it out 2 day. BTW I'm on the West Coast so opposite end. Their shipping is always great. 5 Stars.

GBMARTIN IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN My boss called Golden Eagle Coin to check on the value of some coins, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without so much as a courtesy, "Hey, sorry to keep you waiting!" When Martin answered, he was gruff and impatient and unprofessional. My boss asked him the value of his coins and Martin immediately low-balled him. When my boss questioned the low-balling, Martin hung up on my boss. I see that Martin has done this many times to other people, as demonstrated on some forums I just read. He is a conman and a piece of crap. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MARTIN. GOLDEN EAGLE COINS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOTTOM-DWELLING COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE RUSSIANS.

GBThe only place I enjoy shopping !! I was just googling history of this company and came across bad reviews. This has never been my experience when dealing with Golden Eagle Coins. I have made plenty of purchases over past few years and did so on their web sight with a very good buying experience that I have found unequalled anywhere ! That is my only complaint about Golden Eagle Coins….they have spoiled me with their great selection, quality and customer service that I rarely had to question anything. But when I did ,they addressed my concerns and handled their Bussiness very professionally and easy to talk to. In short I would recommend them to the first time buyer as well as a seasoned veteran in numismatics. I don’t give referrals often but you can take this one to the bank!
