The only place I enjoy shopping !! I was just googling history of this company and came across bad reviews. This has never been my experience when dealing with Golden Eagle Coins. I have made plenty of purchases over past few years and did so on their web sight with a very good buying experience that I have found unequalled anywhere ! That is my only complaint about Golden Eagle Coins….they have spoiled me with their great selection, quality and customer service that I rarely had to question anything. But when I did ,they addressed my concerns and handled their Bussiness very professionally and easy to talk to. In short I would recommend them to the first time buyer as well as a seasoned veteran in numismatics. I don’t give referrals often but you can take this one to the bank! MARTIN IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN My boss called Golden Eagle Coin to check on the value of some coins, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without so much as a courtesy, "Hey, sorry to keep you waiting!" When Martin answered, he was gruff and impatient and unprofessional. My boss asked him the value of his coins and Martin immediately low-balled him. When my boss questioned the low-balling, Martin hung up on my boss. I see that Martin has done this many times to other people, as demonstrated on some forums I just read. He is a conman and a piece of crap. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MARTIN. GOLDEN EAGLE COINS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOTTOM-DWELLING COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE RUSSIANS.

Love the website Love the website, but would really appreciate that even paying by CC the item would be able to be delivered to alternate address like my workplace. As a lot of parcels go missing where I live. Thank you

Just put a 2021 series 1 silver Eagle… Just put a 2021 series 1 silver Eagle in my collection book and noticed the anti counterfeit missing reed was not present. The coin is not magnetic and weighs 31 grams as the 2021 series 2 with the missing reed I compared it to. More research to come.

Buyer Beware Order took forever to receive and the order was not all there. What we did receive was damaged. Not too hopeful that this will be made right after reading all the negative reviews. Buyer beware, not worth the headache and you can get better customer service from other companies.
