Buyer Beware Order took forever to receive and the order was not all there. What we did receive was damaged. Not too hopeful that this will be made right after reading all the negative reviews. Buyer beware, not worth the headache and you can get better customer service from other companies.

Pretty good overall Website worked well. User friendly. Order didn't ship for a couple days past the stated shipping date, but I know demand is high. I was happy that a signature was required upon receipt of the package. That made me feel safer.

MARTIN IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN My boss called Golden Eagle Coin to check on the value of some coins, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without so much as a courtesy, "Hey, sorry to keep you waiting!" When Martin answered, he was gruff and impatient and unprofessional. My boss asked him the value of his coins and Martin immediately low-balled him. When my boss questioned the low-balling, Martin hung up on my boss. I see that Martin has done this many times to other people, as demonstrated on some forums I just read. He is a conman and a piece of crap. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MARTIN. GOLDEN EAGLE COINS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN.
