GBHighly Recommend Zillow Home Loans Zillow attracted my attention when shopping for a home refinance due to their low rates and lowest closing costs I could find. I contacted Wallace Carter who became my loan officer. He walked me through the entire process and made it easy. He was responsive to my emails and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. We closed the refinance in less than three weeks. I would recommend Zillow Loans and Wallace Carter for any mortgage needs and will be using them again in the future.

GBIt's ridiculous that Zillow is now… It's ridiculous that Zillow is now accepting 1% down payments. It's a really bad idea because the less the down payment, the greater your monthly mortgage payment will be when the interest rate rises. How do new homeowners pay their monthly dues? I'm delighted to be a member of Avi VaTrace since I receive excellent financial advice from them.

GBWould work with Zillow again! We were looking to refinance and happen to call Zillow due to their lower rates. Initially worked with Randy - he was great talking us through the process. We didn’t bother to call any other lenders. Paul helped us through closing - he was great too. Everything was as described and no surprises whatsoever, closed quickly. I’d gladly choose Zillow again!

DOMy loan process was a nightmare My loan process was a nightmare. Not only did the initial processor botch the transaction, David Korbreek, but then the next person in line, botched it worse. I was told 6 weeks before closing that there would be no problem with me qualifying for my loan. I have ample assets to more than cover the loan, twice over. During the process, the lack of communication got worse and worse. No response to either myself nor my broker. The appraisal was missing in action for a month after it had been done. I was misinformed of what funds I could pull from in my investments. The actual day of closing, while doing the walk thru, 45 minutes before closing, I was told the $$ had to be withdrawn from a different account. i would never deal with zillow home loans again, and would never refer then for a loan. They refuse to compensate me for the errors on their part also
