Couldn't have asked for a better lender! Brianna Holloway was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and gave me more concise information than I could have ever found out on my own. There is a lot that goes into buying a home, Brianna and Ashley Cochran made it very clear on the action items needed to close within 21 days. Yes, 21 days! This duo worked so hard to make our quick closing possible!

Steer clear of Zillow! Check your escrow carefully!! The process to get the loan (and my business) was quick and easy. Little did I know, they must have done it too fast and screwed up my escrow. They did not put enough money towards it and did not include my flood insurance even though it’s paid through the mortgage. After a year of having the loan, the escrow analysis shows I have such a great shortage that I have to know pay over $1200 a month more for 12 months!! This is fraudulent! I will never do business with Zillow again and recommend you steer clear.

Would work with Zillow again! We were looking to refinance and happen to call Zillow due to their lower rates. Initially worked with Randy - he was great talking us through the process. We didn’t bother to call any other lenders. Paul helped us through closing - he was great too. Everything was as described and no surprises whatsoever, closed quickly. I’d gladly choose Zillow again!

Phu is the best! We had a wonderful time working with Phu! We were first time home buyers and Phu was quick to answer any questions we had at any time of the day and helped us to find the best options for our needs! We both work quite a bit and his flexibility and availability was really helpful. Would recommend him to anyone I know looking for assitstance with a mortgage!
