Feels like fraud I made an order in November, but they haven't shipped anything until now, I asked them for a refund, but still nothing. They seem to be making money from my money and I want to report them for the fraud.

I believe I spoke to a young man named Schneur and he was very helpful and patient with me. I don’t think that I can go to another place ever again.

Scam Scam. After 3 months delay and multiple phone calls and emails, I had to send a lawyer's letter to get my money back. There are so many good and fast options for bullion coins, not worth the trouble.

Extremely Poor Service I've now been ordering from this company for over two years. My first order arrived within 30 days. My second order was over 30 days and more recent orders are taking three months or longer. My inquiries receive a response that my order will be shipped out soon(???) but still a June 2023 has not been received (it's now mid October) and my requested refund has not been received. I am now considering requesting a refund for my September order also. If I have to do this, I will not be ordering from them again in the future.
