Great experience; will buy again. Wanted to make a substantial, five-figure purchase and did my research. When I was ready I pulled the trigger with Canadian Bullion. I had many questions, and they were answered quickly and accurately. I think that's what got my trust. I was not disappointed. Looking to diverse your portfolio this is the place.....… Due the current financial situation in Canada I was interested in investing in some gold and silver rounds for future securities and a good friend introduced me to Canadian Bullion. I don't understand some of these bad reviews bcuz my experience was nothing short of professional, courteous, and an all-around pleasure to deal with. They gave me some good advice. Yes, it took several weeks to receive my order, but I got exactly what I ordered and it came on the promised date with no hassles. I will definitely buy more in the future.

I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023 I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023. it is now almost 3 months later and have not received my order. The item is still offered for sale on the website. If it is out of stock, they should stop providing it for sale. Called many times and have been told to wait. Asking for a refund and getting the run around. I would suggest you do your research before you order anything from Canadian Bullion Suppliers.

Orders take months to fulfill, if ever Order placed in April and still hasn't shipped as of June. No status updates provided. They are clearly "selling" gold that they don't actually possess, which works fine when they can place a corresponding order with their supplier and have it fulfilled in a couple days. However, now that demand is surging this game doesn't work and you end up with you cash being stuck with them for months HOPING that you'll get your gold, in the end. Now I'm waiting on a refund, and even that has been slow coming. Do NOT deal with this company.
