However after still reading reviews if clients not receiving their order since November. I will go buy local in person next time .

Orders take months to fulfill, if ever Order placed in April and still hasn't shipped as of June. No status updates provided. They are clearly "selling" gold that they don't actually possess, which works fine when they can place a corresponding order with their supplier and have it fulfilled in a couple days. However, now that demand is surging this game doesn't work and you end up with you cash being stuck with them for months HOPING that you'll get your gold, in the end. Now I'm waiting on a refund, and even that has been slow coming. Do NOT deal with this company.

Scam Scam. After 3 months delay and multiple phone calls and emails, I had to send a lawyer's letter to get my money back. There are so many good and fast options for bullion coins, not worth the trouble.

Excellent experience as promised After speaking to a sales rep I made an order a few weeks ago for 10 gold coins. The sales rep explained that the order will take 2-3 weeks to receive and the reason is because they do not keep large inventory and as a result are able to keep the cost low. The order arrived yesterday as promised. Would definitely order product again from them.
