GBIt was the worst experience of my life It was the worst experience of my life. I am hoping it is government regulations which made it so bad. Every time I provided some information, 10 more pieces were needed. They know more about me than I know about myself after having to provide that much information. They told some people in was working with that it was "like pulling teeth" to get information from me. That was because I didnt have it in my back pocket. They were pushy and contacted my accountant and insurance agent for information without my permission. It was horrible!

GBGreat Experience! We used Summit Mortgage to purchase a new home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike Lattery was so great to work with. He was always available to provide guidance on the process and ensure that we were getting the best rate possible. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and he was always incredibly responsive, patient, and very thorough.
