Great Experience! We used Summit Mortgage to purchase a new home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike Lattery was so great to work with. He was always available to provide guidance on the process and ensure that we were getting the best rate possible. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and he was always incredibly responsive, patient, and very thorough. Purchasing a new home is a huge process and can be very scary, but I felt like Mike had our back the whole time. Next time we purchase or refinance, Summit will be my first call.

If it was in small print I missed it If it was in small print I missed it, but at the time of pre-qualification it would have been helpful to be aware not to move any money around...as a first time homebuyer I did not know about this and it turned out to be very stressful

Exceptional!! Evans took care of absolutely every single thing giving the extra mile to help us getting a lower price on the HOl. He worked so fast and so hard on our loan! He responded every single email and phone call and explained everything very well plus he showed up at closing! Amazing service! He and Jessica made our experience the best!!

Don’t use them!!! Next to dealing with Bank of America Summit Mortgage is the worst. Their communication is next to nothing. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to get them to understand that I never had a lapse in my mortgage insurance coverage. The policy was mailed/faxed/emailed and uploaded and keep playing games saying it has not been received. They also calculated my property taxes wrong and now my escrow account is short. I wish the mortgage rates would gone down I would change companies. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
