Good at first, but didn't deliver Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.

I don't think Summit wants my Money! I wish they would have told me this upfront. The arrogance is strong in this company. Customer service is nonexistent with the agent we worked with and from my research, it's the culture with all Mortgage agents that work for Summit. I did secure the loan with Summit, however, it was not with drama and threats. Remember we are the customer. If Summit does not want our money then we will look to another mortgage lender who will be happy to treat us like customers and with respect.

Summit was great to work with during … Summit was great to work with during the entire house hunting process. Even replying to questions on the weekend to make sure everything was clear and understandable. Anyone can write a mortgage, but consider the 15-30 years of investment you will be making and go with someone that will ensure you are taking care of.
