GBI don't think Summit wants my Money! I wish they would have told me this upfront. The arrogance is strong in this company. Customer service is nonexistent with the agent we worked with and from my research, it's the culture with all Mortgage agents that work for Summit. I did secure the loan with Summit, however, it was not with drama and threats. Remember we are the customer. If Summit does not want our money then we will look to another mortgage lender who will be happy to treat us like customers and with respect.

When I had a question, somebody was always willing and ready to help me. We closed escrow on time and there were no hidden costs sprung on us at the end as I have experienced with other lenders in the past. I highly recommend Summit Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan.
