This company is horrible This company is horrible! We got dragged along for almost 2 months trying to refinance with them, as I’m explaining we’re in dire need of help. I had to call back multiple times just to get answers after being told they would call back. Long story short they have no idea what’s going on amongst them selves and are not willing to help longtime customers in anyway.

Slow Process - Discouraged I signed documents to get the preapproval process going back on April 8th. It is now June 6th and I don't have a clue where I stand and I feel like i'm being strung along. My loan officer hasn't been communicating with me at all, even after being told "good news" on several occasions. This has been dragging on for 3 months, despite my very quick turnaround sending required docs (same day or next day). I'm frustrated.

Was not aware of balance due on cards I thought were paid off I was well treated by the staff at Mortgage Solutions Financial all through the process. For the most part they were on top of what needed to be done. I ended up paying for the tie down report which I though was in my loan. Also the cards still had amounts due upon closing. I still would recommend Mortgage Solutions Financial to someone if they were interested in financing or refinancing a home. They would just need to stay on top of the payoffs. Thank you

Very dishonest business practices Very dishonest business practices. Will tell you to sign their disclosures to keep the process moving. Loan officers are extremely unprofessional. Will request prior CD’s so that they can have something to “work toward”. I went with another mortgage lender, and my closing was 1/4 of what MSF was quoting me. Loan officer even referred to me as a jack off. I haven’t dealt with them since 2018, but they’re attempting to gain my business after are disastrous attempt to be my mortgage lender that went south with a quickness due to their dishonest practices. Avoid at all costs. CFPB Notified; Mark Faulkenberry and Robert Stern shouldn’t be trusted.

We have done multiple loans with… We have done multiple loans with Mortgage Solutions Financial. This was our latest purchase. They have taken great care of us on every one of them. They truly care about veterans and it shows. I have recommended them to my friends who have had the same service I have.
