This was the easiest and quickest process I’ve experienced. His knowledge and expertise in processing veteran loans was commendable. His assistant Melvis was also very helpful. Contact on the weekends and after business hours was never a problem although I tried not to abuse the contact. I would give the company 5 stars but there is always room for improvement 😇. I would highly recommend this company and thank everyone who was involved in processing my home loan!

Slow Process - Discouraged I signed documents to get the preapproval process going back on April 8th. It is now June 6th and I don't have a clue where I stand and I feel like i'm being strung along. My loan officer hasn't been communicating with me at all, even after being told "good news" on several occasions. This has been dragging on for 3 months, despite my very quick turnaround sending required docs (same day or next day). I'm frustrated.
