GBI would not recommend this service I would not recommend this service. Till was going great until about a couple of weeks ago, they have stopped reporting my payments to my landlord and will not respond to my emails or calls. I have paid every week like, for the past year and all of a sudden, nothing!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES. I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint.

GBNo one will answer phone or return… No one will answer phone or return emails. There was a problem with my account from the start. Have been reaching out for over a week with no assistance.. Tried cancelling service still no response

GBFantastic program Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.

GBTHESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! First of all there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did they charge me 2x recently, but now, after making on time payments since I began using them, they randomly deactivated my account saying I didn't pay them in time for August rent payment. This is categorically FALSE and I have all the bank statements proving that I've paid till on time, EVERY TIME. so not only did they take my money, but they also did NOT pay my August 1st rent as agreed upon service. So they STOLE OVER $1200 from me AND deactivated my account under false pretences. These people are thieves and WILL be hearing from a lawyer if I don't get my money back or if my rent is not paid.

GBTILL DISCONTINUED I just got an email stating that TILL will be discontinued at our property after only a month! I’m so sad since this was so convenient. Zander and Kimberly were very communicative when they took double the amount that was scheduled, took less than a week for them to refund the extra payment. It was frustrating but they didn’t dodge my calls or make paltry excuses. I hope whatever happened to cause this dissolution in services can be revisited and changed back. You all provide such a wonderful option for renters, it’s a shame to see you go.
