I would not recommend this service I would not recommend this service. Till was going great until about a couple of weeks ago, they have stopped reporting my payments to my landlord and will not respond to my emails or calls. I have paid every week like, for the past year and all of a sudden, nothing!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES. I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint.

If I could give a negative star I… If I could give a negative star I would. Horrible service, absolutely no help from anyone, only bots answer chats and emails. Open enrollment last about 12 hours, if you miss it, you are out of luck. I received the email to enroll around 10 am, by 1pm I had responded to their email with the wrong information on it (which had not been provided by me). I tried to correct it for them, by the time they responded the next day enrollment was closed and i was left out to dry. Once and only 1 time did they invite me to the enrollment. They can careless if they help you, they just want to charge you $20 for services and be left alone.

Great company ! I’m happy with the service . It really helps to be able to break up my rent through out the month . The customer service is very helpful and polite .I’m seeing some negative reviews which I don’t understand , seems like these folks need to read their contract . Very professional .

Fantastic program Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, I just had the worst experience and almost faced late fees and a poor payment record due to errors and lack of communication by Till on my rental payments. You pay their $10 fee per month just to have aggravation, not worth it and also never reported to credit bureaus as promised upon sign up. Worthless!
