GBMy son just got money into his account… My son just got money into his account and then the suspended my whole account. He had 100.54 deposited and no sooner than I checked it . Hell whipped my account. I can’t even do anything. So I called and I told them messing with my kids money is a big NO NO. They better some how get my sons money sent to me or they will be looking at a lawsuit against them. Here in Mississippi if it’s 100$ and more it’s a felony and I promise if he doesn’t have his money today off that account they will have f””king problems…..

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, I just had the worst experience and almost faced late fees and a poor payment record due to errors and lack of communication by Till on my rental payments. You pay their $10 fee per month just to have aggravation, not worth it and also never reported to credit bureaus as promised upon sign up. Worthless!

GBZander is a amazing employee. I am apologizing to Till and company for the review that I wrote on Trust Pilot a couple of days ago. I received a phone call today from a gentleman named Zander who works for Till. He ask me to explain the reason of my review. Washington Pointe , and Till offered us renters to sign up The program gave us options on how to pay the rent ,make 1 payment or every week or every 2 weeks. We are under a new property management called Life of Belhaven. I expressed my frustration of no communication, and lack thereof from our property manager nor Till.. Zander took the time out to listen and was very professional and polite, in trying to resolve the situation. I would like to say Till is a great company with great Employees that will go the extra mile. Thanks again Zander, I appreciate you whole heartedly.

GBThis company has terrible customer… This company has terrible customer service. They have you hold for up to 45 minutes to and hour and sometimes will disconnect the call. I made my payment before my rent was considered late and my property did not receive my payment in a timely manner, which caused me to be charged a late fee. I have called and spoke with 2 different people whenever I could get someone on the phone. I will manage to pay my rent on my own from now on. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This company sucks.

GBThis company is such a scam and now my… This company is such a scam and now my account is negative and I also have to pay a late fee on my rent. I'm so beyond pissed right now. I wish I never wish I came across this horrible site. These day's people will do just about anything to cheat the innocent out of their hard earned money. If you read this message,please learn from my mistake and do not trust your rent payments with Till. Everyone today is trying to make a quick buck and they don't care who they hurt and cheat in the process and Till is no different.
