Great company ! I’m happy with the service . It really helps to be able to break up my rent through out the month . The customer service is very helpful and polite .I’m seeing some negative reviews which I don’t understand , seems like these folks need to read their contract . Very professional .

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, I just had the worst experience and almost faced late fees and a poor payment record due to errors and lack of communication by Till on my rental payments. You pay their $10 fee per month just to have aggravation, not worth it and also never reported to credit bureaus as promised upon sign up. Worthless!

Fantastic program Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.

This company is such a scam and now my… This company is such a scam and now my account is negative and I also have to pay a late fee on my rent. I'm so beyond pissed right now. I wish I never wish I came across this horrible site. These day's people will do just about anything to cheat the innocent out of their hard earned money. If you read this message,please learn from my mistake and do not trust your rent payments with Till. Everyone today is trying to make a quick buck and they don't care who they hurt and cheat in the process and Till is no different.

The Flexible Rent option is amazing! Till has been a godsend by offering the flexible rent payments. It can be very difficult to pay rent in a big lump sum every month. Flexible rent payments allowed me to have additional monies available for other things each month. You just don't know how much this service is appreciated!
