The Flexible Rent option is amazing! Till has been a godsend by offering the flexible rent payments. It can be very difficult to pay rent in a big lump sum every month. Flexible rent payments allowed me to have additional monies available for other things each month. You just don't know how much this service is appreciated!

Till is that option people need! Till has been a great option for our residents especially during the pandemic. It is super helpful for our teams to provide an option for those residents who may need it during a difficult time. I truly enjoy the dashboard Till provides as that helps me check off what residents are utilizing the program during non-compliance time. Till's team is also super about letting us know when someone comes on or comes off their program. Overall, we have enjoyed our partnership with Till and all their employees.

Awesome financial amenity for residents! We had a great launch with Till! We initially tested the business out with 3 communities and saw 100% of our residents who remained active on the Credit Builder! After roll out to our full portfolio, only a small percentage opted out of Credit Builder and have already expressed interest in their Piggy Bank platform. Overall, it's been a great free amenity we have been able to provide to our residents.

Fantastic program Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.
