Fantastic program Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.

The Flexible Rent option is amazing! Till has been a godsend by offering the flexible rent payments. It can be very difficult to pay rent in a big lump sum every month. Flexible rent payments allowed me to have additional monies available for other things each month. You just don't know how much this service is appreciated!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, I just had the worst experience and almost faced late fees and a poor payment record due to errors and lack of communication by Till on my rental payments. You pay their $10 fee per month just to have aggravation, not worth it and also never reported to credit bureaus as promised upon sign up. Worthless!

Till is that option people need! Till has been a great option for our residents especially during the pandemic. It is super helpful for our teams to provide an option for those residents who may need it during a difficult time. I truly enjoy the dashboard Till provides as that helps me check off what residents are utilizing the program during non-compliance time. Till's team is also super about letting us know when someone comes on or comes off their program. Overall, we have enjoyed our partnership with Till and all their employees.
