They will drop you if you complain. The app and card worked well for many months. But recently I was seeing glitches and having to write support. The frustrating issue I have with Till is the fund transferring. I understand the 3-5 days processing due to Plaid, but there's other cards out there that have work arounds for instant transfer into parent wallet (via debit card). The latest issue I had was when I initiated a transfer, which failed. But then 2 days later it comes out of my account. When I write to question what is happening they never admit their issues, just say 'wait 3-5 days'. (Support is generally very quick to respond, but feel like canned responses) I would have been happier if they would have just admitted it was a glitch in their system and let me know that the transfer was still proceeding. Transfer finally completed 7 days after initial request. Then I get an email from Till saying they are dropping me as a customer stating 'based on your account activity'. Meaning - if you complain too much, they will drop you.

This company has terrible customer… This company has terrible customer service. They have you hold for up to 45 minutes to and hour and sometimes will disconnect the call. I made my payment before my rent was considered late and my property did not receive my payment in a timely manner, which caused me to be charged a late fee. I have called and spoke with 2 different people whenever I could get someone on the phone. I will manage to pay my rent on my own from now on. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This company sucks.

Absolute garbage company Absolute garbage company. My kids both had a card for about a week. We put $ in and were lining up chores and allowances and out of nowhere they closed the account. We emailed to ask why and they literally said "we cant tell you, but it's closed for good" almost like they were mocking us. If I had more $ in there than i did I would be livid.

Great Solution Glad my rental property offered this program to us, it has truly helped me especially when COVID was at its highest. Glad I made the decision to join Till program. Less stress, great payment coverage of my rent & Utilities. I highly recommend this program it helps!!

TILL DISCONTINUED I just got an email stating that TILL will be discontinued at our property after only a month! I’m so sad since this was so convenient. Zander and Kimberly were very communicative when they took double the amount that was scheduled, took less than a week for them to refund the extra payment. It was frustrating but they didn’t dodge my calls or make paltry excuses. I hope whatever happened to cause this dissolution in services can be revisited and changed back. You all provide such a wonderful option for renters, it’s a shame to see you go.
