Zander is a amazing employee. I am apologizing to Till and company for the review that I wrote on Trust Pilot a couple of days ago. I received a phone call today from a gentleman named Zander who works for Till. He ask me to explain the reason of my review. Washington Pointe , and Till offered us renters to sign up The program gave us options on how to pay the rent ,make 1 payment or every week or every 2 weeks. We are under a new property management called Life of Belhaven. I expressed my frustration of no communication, and lack thereof from our property manager nor Till.. Zander took the time out to listen and was very professional and polite, in trying to resolve the situation. I would like to say Till is a great company with great Employees that will go the extra mile. Thanks again Zander, I appreciate you whole heartedly.

Great company ! I’m happy with the service . It really helps to be able to break up my rent through out the month . The customer service is very helpful and polite .I’m seeing some negative reviews which I don’t understand , seems like these folks need to read their contract . Very professional .

Fantastic program Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.

Till is that option people need! Till has been a great option for our residents especially during the pandemic. It is super helpful for our teams to provide an option for those residents who may need it during a difficult time. I truly enjoy the dashboard Till provides as that helps me check off what residents are utilizing the program during non-compliance time. Till's team is also super about letting us know when someone comes on or comes off their program. Overall, we have enjoyed our partnership with Till and all their employees.
