My son just got money into his account… My son just got money into his account and then the suspended my whole account. He had 100.54 deposited and no sooner than I checked it . Hell whipped my account. I can’t even do anything. So I called and I told them messing with my kids money is a big NO NO. They better some how get my sons money sent to me or they will be looking at a lawsuit against them. Here in Mississippi if it’s 100$ and more it’s a felony and I promise if he doesn’t have his money today off that account they will have f””king problems…..

The Flexible Rent option is amazing! Till has been a godsend by offering the flexible rent payments. It can be very difficult to pay rent in a big lump sum every month. Flexible rent payments allowed me to have additional monies available for other things each month. You just don't know how much this service is appreciated!

They will drop you if you complain. The app and card worked well for many months. But recently I was seeing glitches and having to write support. The frustrating issue I have with Till is the fund transferring. I understand the 3-5 days processing due to Plaid, but there's other cards out there that have work arounds for instant transfer into parent wallet (via debit card). The latest issue I had was when I initiated a transfer, which failed. But then 2 days later it comes out of my account. When I write to question what is happening they never admit their issues, just say 'wait 3-5 days'. (Support is generally very quick to respond, but feel like canned responses) I would have been happier if they would have just admitted it was a glitch in their system and let me know that the transfer was still proceeding. Transfer finally completed 7 days after initial request. Then I get an email from Till saying they are dropping me as a customer stating 'based on your account activity'. Meaning - if you complain too much, they will drop you.

Awesome financial amenity for residents! We had a great launch with Till! We initially tested the business out with 3 communities and saw 100% of our residents who remained active on the Credit Builder! After roll out to our full portfolio, only a small percentage opted out of Credit Builder and have already expressed interest in their Piggy Bank platform. Overall, it's been a great free amenity we have been able to provide to our residents.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! First of all there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did they charge me 2x recently, but now, after making on time payments since I began using them, they randomly deactivated my account saying I didn't pay them in time for August rent payment. This is categorically FALSE and I have all the bank statements proving that I've paid till on time, EVERY TIME. so not only did they take my money, but they also did NOT pay my August 1st rent as agreed upon service. So they STOLE OVER $1200 from me AND deactivated my account under false pretences. These people are thieves and WILL be hearing from a lawyer if I don't get my money back or if my rent is not paid.
