Awesome financial amenity for residents! We had a great launch with Till! We initially tested the business out with 3 communities and saw 100% of our residents who remained active on the Credit Builder! After roll out to our full portfolio, only a small percentage opted out of Credit Builder and have already expressed interest in their Piggy Bank platform. Overall, it's been a great free amenity we have been able to provide to our residents.

Great company ! I’m happy with the service . It really helps to be able to break up my rent through out the month . The customer service is very helpful and polite .I’m seeing some negative reviews which I don’t understand , seems like these folks need to read their contract . Very professional .

The Flexible Rent option is amazing! Till has been a godsend by offering the flexible rent payments. It can be very difficult to pay rent in a big lump sum every month. Flexible rent payments allowed me to have additional monies available for other things each month. You just don't know how much this service is appreciated!

Absolute garbage company Absolute garbage company. My kids both had a card for about a week. We put $ in and were lining up chores and allowances and out of nowhere they closed the account. We emailed to ask why and they literally said "we cant tell you, but it's closed for good" almost like they were mocking us. If I had more $ in there than i did I would be livid.
