Terry is an awesome person to deal… Terry is an awesome person to deal with. She Goes out of her way to help customers no matter what their situation is she is always there to help. I purchased a unit for my rental… I purchased a unit for my rental property...paid every note on time & was able to pay off little ahead of schedule. Never was I told to make last payment with a live person?? So like always I paid online. Made last payment in March 2021. Get a call in May payments have been missed?? Uh NO!! LaToya sees at that point paid off in March...but some genius never closed account. Forward to June 21'..call never received my paid off papers?? Call again..am told account just closed yesterday 6/10/21. PLEASE BE AWARE!! You have to stay on top of this company & employees....right hand does not know what left hands does!!!

Ms Terri Jenkins A++++ Ms. Terri Jenkins is the most wonderful customer rep I have ever dealt with. So patient an understanding while we are all in this time of unsureness. She talked to me at my most stressful period. She encouraged me to keep it going and pray. I cannot say enough good things about her. This review brings tears to my eyes just thinking back to me wondering how I was going to make it her words helped me and helped me to pass along to help others. Microf was amazing Microf was amazing! The entire process was easy, & well explained. Rafael was a delight to work with getting everything set up, and Constance was wonderful explaining everything post installation. Everyone at the company was very helpful and friendly.
