Never was I told to make last payment with a live person?? So like always I paid online. Made last payment in March 2021. Get a call in May payments have been missed?? Uh NO!! LaToya sees at that point paid off in March...but some genius never closed account. Forward to June 21'..call never received my paid off papers?? Call again..am told account just closed yesterday 6/10/21. PLEASE BE AWARE!! You have to stay on top of this company & employees....right hand does not know what left hands does!!!

Microf should use her recordings as a training tool on how to talk to, listen to...and treat a customer! I don't know what she's paid but she deserves a raise; she's just that valuable to your organization.

BEWARE BEWARE! This company will charge you VERY high interest rate and fees! MICROF will not give you a balance or interest rate amount! I trusted Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling for financial assistance for a new Furnace in MI! No one will help answer question about statement or fees! Now that I’ve been roped in…..I have to find a way to STOP the bleeding from financial LOSE
